Pros:

It was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I did not know that i need that kind of adapter in singapore. I had wrong adapter so luckily reception had some to borrow for me. It would be helpful to inform customers beforehand what kind of they need when they arrive.

Cons:

Aircon didn't function properly for two days. They did offer for us to change room but it was already 11 pm when we arrived ans we were all tired to come out of the room

Liked this place, clean with a great location.
Easy access to the town centre via excellent bus service. Small mall very close has a great supermarket and more than enough restaurants to walk to.
Tiny but well equiped room. I was staying solo, two people might struggle with the space. Bathroom had a great shower but is equally tiny so you will have a wet floor after use. Easy check-in. I was on the top floor, so there was not much noise for me, but this is on a busy road.
If you like firm beds, this is a great budjet hotel.

Cons:

Bed is too hard for me, unfortunately. For this reason only I wouldn't stay again. Which is a great shame as in every other way I liked it

Great place
Pros:

+ very good value for the money (Singapore is expensive...)
+ close to a hawker market
+ walkable distance to MRT
+ quiet area
+ very clean both the room and bathroom
+ the receptionist was very helpful and even though there was a problem with the room key, she solved it in an elegant way
+ good air conditioning
+ great lighting
+ extremely comfortable bed (but pillows were too thick for me)

- the TV was very old and quite bad

Pleasant, good staff
Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and neat, near bus stop and food court. Price was decent compare with other similar hotels.

Cons:

Bathroom is bit small. When having a shower, water spilled out from bathroom door. Little bit far from everything but BUS stop is just outside of the hotel, taking a right bus to get hotel is a plus.

We stayed at Fragramce Oasis solely for its location.
Pros:

Front staff were courteous. Cleaning staff not so much. We were provided with very thin bath towels which were thin but functional. I liked that the toilet and bathroom were spacious and that we had a kettle and mini fridge in the room. Bonus point for allowing us to control the aircon unit /temp ourselves.

Cons:

There was a musky/moldy smell to the room and there was mold on the ceiling in bathroom. It would be better if they had a fan to ventilate the humidity of the bathroom.
