Pros:

Staff was very friendly!!! Room was too small for us (2 + 1) but may be ideal for 1 or 2 with focus on budget. Our room was pretty calm, not located towards the street.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was difficult to adjust to the room size, on - quickly freezing, off - hot. :-)

Pros:

Mr Neo is commendable. He was helpful and patient to explain the services and supplies available. Nearly all other hotel would not bother with it.

Cons:

Water Drainage is extremely slow both in the bathroom floor and wash basin. A few TV channels receptions were very poor. Bedroom floor feels dusty even after housekeeping has done the cleaning.

Small room but clean with a minimum
Pros:

The location was exceptional, with easy access to bus and MTR station .many eateries around and seven eleven where u won't miss a thing.

Cons:

The room was a bit small with an uncomprehensible use of the shower tub. The window could not be opened.

Pros:

It was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I did not know that i need that kind of adapter in singapore. I had wrong adapter so luckily reception had some to borrow for me. It would be helpful to inform customers beforehand what kind of they need when they arrive.

Aircon didn't function properly for two days. They did offer for us to change room but it was already 11 pm when we arrived ans we were all tired to come out of the room

Pros:

Liked this place, clean with a great location.
Easy access to the town centre via excellent bus service. Small mall very close has a great supermarket and more than enough restaurants to walk to.
Tiny but well equiped room. I was staying solo, two people might struggle with the space. Bathroom had a great shower but is equally tiny so you will have a wet floor after use. Easy check-in. I was on the top floor, so there was not much noise for me, but this is on a busy road.
If you like firm beds, this is a great budjet hotel.

Cons:

Bed is too hard for me, unfortunately. For this reason only I wouldn't stay again. Which is a great shame as in every other way I liked it
