Overall excellent. Would use again, very convenient for Porta Susa station
Pros:

Huge Room with vast bed and a nice balcony overlooking the main concourse

Cons:

No WIFI details in room, couldn't connect laptop. Phone connected with QR code at reception. My friend's room was somewhat noisy due to trams right outside.

lo staff molto gentile, la colazione davvero completa e di ottima qualità. La camera comoda. Mancava solo interruttore vicino al letto per spegnere la luce. Buona la posizione soprattutto per prendere treni e mezzi

Pros:

Posizione a 50m dalla stazione Porta Susa. Staff molto gentile. Camera della misura giusta. Ottima colazione. Bell'edificio storico. Dispenser acqua ad ogni piano.

Cons:

L'isolamento acustico delle camere è scarso: l'attuale serramento (nuovo in sostituzione delle persiane originali) non filtra e si sente davvero tutto quel che accade e passa in strada.

Good value for money - a honest place.
Pros:

Location pretty good, in San Donato, a 15-minute walk away from the Royal Palace. Not a bad place in general - clean and comfortable enough. All good. Liked the foier with the grand staircase and the building in general - dated 1865, a historical place.

Cons:

I reserved without breakfast and could not buy it at the hotel - no availability. I see such a thing for the first time - a BB hotel not to be able to provide breakfast for paying customers. Anyways, right next to the hotel there are 4 cafes, 3 of them working on Sunday - plenty of options for a nice espresso and capuchino + great food options, so no big loss there.

Pros:

C’est très correcte pour une nuit. Toutefois nous avons trouvé le matelas et les oreillers durs. Mais la chambre étais très propre.

Well located city centre hotel with friendly team
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but it was let down a little by the breakfast. The staff were lovely but it was a bit disorganised. For example I had to ask for a spoon for my cereal each morning, I’m not sure why they weren’t already on the table or on the buffet for people to help themselves if needed. There never seemed to be any hot food options left and took a while to be replenished, if at all.
I would have liked a kettle and cups/glass in my room.
Other this a lovely stay. Great location and a friendly and helpful team.
