Purtroppo c è stato un piccolo inconveniente ma la soluzione che mi ha fornito l hotel mi ha dimostrato che è una struttura seria dedita al cliente…. E sarà il mio punto di riferimento a Torino

Nothing fancy, amazing location and very clean

Pros:

Nice apartment, spacious. The beds and shower were good. There were lamps in the bedroom, that's just a detail but an important one. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed to be well equipped, and there were complimentary water bottles. We liked the location, walked to city centre comfortably. The host was nice. Parking is on the street, paid except Sunday.

Cons:

The toilet seat was broken. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. The floor didn't seem to have been swept or hoovered.

Смена номера на более большой вместо номера на две персоны предложили на 4 и потом по просьбе заново поменяли на другой душевые кабины неудобные

La Cordialità ,la disponibilità di tutto il personale dell hotel, i ragazzi della reception in particolare modo !!!colazione abbondante e buona per ogni esigenza!!posizione fantastica due minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Susa !! E una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti circa sotto i portici per il centro di Torino!!

Pros:

very good breakfast with variety we didnt have it included in the price and paid at the hotel the days we wanted.
the location was perfect. The metro, tram,bus station is less than 2 min walk
