ottima posizione, struttura bella, staff molto gentile.

Cons:

le camere erano veramente troppo piccole. Abbiamo preso una junior suite, ma era oggettivamente una camera di hotel poco più grande di una normale camera. Con la culla non c'era neanche spazio di muoversi.

La colazione rivedibile, niente di che.

Letto e cuscini vecchi e scomodi.

Καλό σημείο στο ιστορικό κέντρο , ευρύχωρα δωμάτια

Cons:

Πολύ basic πρωινό για την τιμή του καταλύματος. Είχε καφέ στο δωμάτιο αλλά μόνο νες καφέ χωρίς γάλα. Και το μπουκαλακι νερό το χρέωναν. Δεν υπήρχε room service

1-Problematiche connesse alla carta di pagamento.
Mi è stato sottolineato quando ho fatto presente che ci sono state delle problematiche persistenti nell’accredito della prima notte all’arrivo in hotel, che la carta da me inserita non era una carta di credito ma di debito, e che per questo motivo c’erano stati degli errori nell’accredito della prima notte. (Politica dell’hotel non specificata su Booking all’atto della prenotazione e nei dettagli, ma illustrata successivamente dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione del soggiorno).
Sinceramente ho sempre inserito per altri soggiorni la stessa carta (accettata da Booking e da altri hotel, tranne se specificato l’inserimento di una specifica tipologia di garanzia), e non mi ha mai dato problematiche del genere.
2- Non era presente un kit di benvenuto provvisto di ciabattine doccia, dettaglio che sarebbe stato apprezzato vista la posizione e la tipologia di hotel.
