Naples City break
Pros:

Central location close to tourist areas. Lots of good pizza restaurants in close walking distance (one exceptional pizza restaurant almost opposite - La Figlia del Presidente - very good value).

Walkable from main train station (for Pompeii) and Beverello ferry boats to the islands and Sorrento.

Cons:

Area has a lot of graffiti and rubbish nearby, but this is true for the whole of Naples! Amazingly you get used to it.

A few homeless people can congregate outside but it's not an issue.

The location is very good but you will be in a VERY BUSY area. The price per value is not that great

Location is the middle of the Historical city center, room is big enough, overall rating is OK.

Cons:

The furniture in the rooms is a bit obsolete, many visible small or bigger damages, the breakfast has limited options. Our flight was departing in the afternoon, so we solicited a late check out (14:00 instead of normal 11:00). The lady from the desk office (Barbara), didn't even checked the schedule and told us that is impossible. We would have paid the inconvenience but unfortunately she said no. Nevertheless, she let us stay in the lobby until we left.

Buena ubicación para conocer el Nápoles auténtico
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación junto a Spaccanapoli, cerca de via Duomo y via dei Tribunali. Tampoco queda lejos via Toledo, los Quartieri Spagnoli, MANN. Buena habitación, sin ruidos, cama cómoda. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

La plaza en la que se encuentra el hotel, pero no hemos tenido ningún problema, via San Biaggio dei Librai está a un paso.

Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt wenn man im alten Zentrum wohnen möchte.
Pros:

Lage: sehr zentral, mitten im Centro Storico und doch ruhig nachts. Einzig die Piazzetta vor dem Hotel wird Nachts von Obdachlosen "bewohnt", die aber kein Problem sind. Wir fühlten uns nie unsicher.
Zimmer: Geräumig, schalldichte Fenster, gute & ruhige Klimaanlage, sehr hohe Decke. Badezimmer adequat mit Bad/Dusche, Bidet, Waschtisch, WC. Ein zusätzlicher Griff an der Wand im Bad wäre hilfreich. Ein Bademantel im Superiorzimmer war nicht vorhanden - bei Nachfrage an der Reception wurde einer problemlos geliefert.
Frühstück: reichhaltig mit Rühreier, Speck, Würstchen, Käse- und Aufschnittauswahl, Cerealien, Früchte, italienische Patisserie - alles täglich frisch. Einzig die selbstbedienungs-Kaffeemaschine ist eine Katastrophe, mit Jacobs Kaffeesirup :-( ein postmix Automat - für mich ein No-Go in Italien; sogar die Mitarbeiter hatten Mühe die Maschine zu bedienen. Echter, italienischer Cappuccino oder Espresso wird hingegen auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet und serviert.
Mitarbeiter: alle immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :-)!

Cons:

Siehe oben- Postmix-Selbstbedienungskaffeeautomat zum Frühstück.
Bei später Abreise am Abend, gibt's nur die Möglichkeit sich im winzigen, öffentlichen WC im Erdgeschoss, umzuziehen.

Gut mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt und damit nahe am Geschehen. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Minibar und Klimaanlage. Leider fiel zweimal der Strom aus, weil die Sicherung auslöste. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung für italienische Verhältnisse. Es gab einen guten Espresso und Capuccino. Die Sitze sind jedoch unbequem und die Sitzfläche ist sehr niedrig.

Cons:

Bei den Stühle im Frühstücksraum ist die Polsterung durchgesessen, die Sitzfläche ist sehr niedrig, so dass man als kleinerer Mensch unbequem frühstücken muss. Sauberkeit vor dem Hotel und herumlungernde Menschen, die Tag und Nacht vor dem Hotel sind.
