The property was amazing. Super clean. Staff was wonderful! Great location. The pillows are super flat but once I found the extra pillows I was fine. The breakfast was amazing. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Lots of noise early in the morning from garbage truck just outside the hotel.
Other than breakfast, the hotel has zero facilities. No gym, hardly a lobby. It's very minimalist.

Very clean. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms with good showers. A taxi was arranged for us at check out.
The area is essentially a ghetto. Faeces and rubbish everywhere outside, with homeless sleeping on the benches outside. Did not feel safe at all leaving the hotel at any time of day. However, after walking around, this appears to be the situation everywhere in Naples - very poverty stricken. The bay seemed like the lesser of the dangerous/dirty areas.
The arranged taxi tried to scam us into paying more for the fixed rate €21 airport journey. Only after we produced google and fact checked him did he honour the rate.

La foto del hotel en Booking, no tiene ninguna relación con la realidad. La entrada al hotel está muy sucia, había homeless durmiendo literalmente fuera del hotel, y el barrio no se condice con lo que la foto en Booking transmite. El desayuno es muy pobre.
