Pros:

Centralità della struttura.
Colazione a buffet, con vasta scelta di dolce e salato.

1-Problematiche connesse alla carta di pagamento.
Mi è stato sottolineato quando ho fatto presente che ci sono state delle problematiche persistenti nell’accredito della prima notte all’arrivo in hotel, che la carta da me inserita non era una carta di credito ma di debito, e che per questo motivo c’erano stati degli errori nell’accredito della prima notte. (Politica dell’hotel non specificata su Booking all’atto della prenotazione e nei dettagli, ma illustrata successivamente dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione del soggiorno).
Sinceramente ho sempre inserito per altri soggiorni la stessa carta (accettata da Booking e da altri hotel, tranne se specificato l’inserimento di una specifica tipologia di garanzia), e non mi ha mai dato problematiche del genere.
2- Non era presente un kit di benvenuto provvisto di ciabattine doccia, dettaglio che sarebbe stato apprezzato vista la posizione e la tipologia di hotel.

Pros:

We stayed twice at the hotel, once in a superior double for 5 nights and 2 nights in a classic double. Both rooms were spacious and well-appointed with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel is located in the historic part of Naples with the main rail station close by along with access to plenty of restaurants, bars etc. The staff at the hotel are very good. Most of our interactions were with Barbera who was excellent, helpful in every way and a real asset for the hotel

This was a nice place to stay with great staff
Pros:

The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was ideal conveniently situated halfway between the historic district and the metro station. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide, satisfying selection.

Hotel is nice in the center area, but a bit hidden. The area around hotel looks a bit dirty and in the evening it was a bit uncomfortable to walk around.

Cons:

For the 4 stars hotel we didn't have any coffee, tea or even water in the room, along with no kettle as well.

While the appearance of this hotel was fine, the comfort levels was terrible.

The location and the staff were great.
The building was quiet despite being on a small piazza.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The pull out bed had a metal bar that pushed through the thin mattress making it unusable.
