Unique ,gracious with helpful committed staff.
Pros:

We were welcomed efficiently and patiently, but were distracted by the extraordinary iron and marble staircase which spirals up through the whole height of the building. A vast crystal chandelier hangs to light the ground floor ,its chain suspended from the roof. A series of beautiful iron hands hold the hand rail in place.
Our receptionist could describe the fascinating history of the building as her grandfather had converted it from the family home to the present gracious hotel.
It stands in a small piazza very central to Naples' most popular streets ,a brilliant pizzeria and awe inspiring museum.
Bathrooms, bedding and furnishings are of the highest quality. Breakfast was a feast to the eyes and consequently, the waistline!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Nahe an Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäften und Restaurants. Zentral in der Stadt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Geräumige Zimmer mit allem, was man so benötigt. Frühstück italienisch mit interkontinentalem touch.

Cons:

Das imposante Treppenhaus verbreitet die Geräusche lauter Hotelgäste am Morgen sehr (Zimmer waren zum Treppenhaus ausgerichtet, es gibt auch einen Seitenflügel) - laut Buchung waren es Schallisolierte Zimmer. In meinem Zimmer waren der Kühlschrank und darüber der Safe in einem Schrank verbaut. Dadurch sehr hoher Wärmestau. Safe deshalb nicht benutzt (für technische Geräte). In einem anderen Zimmer war das besser gelöst (offen verbaut). Hier und dort wäre ein makeover ganz gut.
