Basic room, clean, quiet.

Pour une nuit étape à Milazzo, on ne pouvait pas choisir mieux ! Accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable et très bien situé !

Great hotel very near to the port in Milazzo. Spacious room with comfortable bed and small balcony. Breakfast is not overly extensive, but was perfectly fine. Friendly staff.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per motivi di lavoro .

We booked a stay in the junior suite (with jacuzzi), planning to stay in Milazzo for only two nights. But we loved the easy access to a clean beach, the super comfy canopy bed, the well functioning AC, the pleasant staff and good breakfast mix of sweet and savory (tilting in typical Italian fashion to the sweet). On the second day, we realized just how relaxed we felt at this hotel, so we decided to stay an extra two nights! It was well worth it. I came back from Italy feeling totally relaxed and restored.

Hotellet er sjarmerende og koselig, med en autentisk og litt gammeldags atmosfære. Beliggenheten er perfekt, midt i sentrum og nær alle de viktigste attraksjonene og fasilitetene.

Fra jeg ankom, ble jeg møtt med en varme og gjestfrihet som gjorde at jeg følte meg umiddelbart velkommen. Verten var utrolig imøtekommende og hjelpsom, alltid tilgjengelig for å svare på spørsmål eller gi anbefalinger.

En kveld da jeg var for sliten til å gå ut for å spise, tok verten initiativet til å ordne take away for meg. Hun sørget for at maten ble levert rett til rommet mitt. Det var en liten gest, men utrolig god service.

Rommet var rent og komfortabelt, med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Til tross for den litt eldre stilen, var alt godt vedlikeholdt og fungerte som det skulle. Jeg satte også stor pris på den rolige atmosfæren som gjorde det enkelt å slappe av etter en lang dag.

Alt i alt, mitt opphold på dette hotellet var en god opplevelse takket være den eksepsjonelle servicen fra verten og den koselige, sentrale beliggenheten.

Consistent high standards from Giovanna from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff who were very good and also efficient.
Every aspect of our stay was to the best of everyone’s ability.
Anything we asked was professionally and dealt with and always a smile.

The bed did not have a blanket !
The heating was almost not existent !
The safe did not work!
Pillows of very poor quality!
Television came without instruction and was not working !

Perfect in all aspects. The restaurant is strongly recommended!

Cute boutique hotel very close to ferries. We visited Stromboli for the day. Free street parking in front of the hotel. Very helpful & delights English speaking staff, able to recommend local sites. Beautiful views of the sea. Recommend seeing the Milazzo Castle: large, partially restored containing art exhibit, venue for local theater. Would return, highly recommend!!

We stayed here just one night, arranged by our tour operator, Esplora Travel. the place is compact, stylishly decorated and quirky. It is run by 2 sisters who are extremely stylish ladies themselves. We were lucky in that we had a family room with an extra bed and a beautiful large bath so were very comfortable. The breakfast is a bit basic and limited.

We had an unexpected overnight stay in Milazzo due to some rough seas, but we couldn't be happier to have stayed at La Chicca Palace. Giovanna was so kind, made some great booking for restaurants for us, and also makes a fantastic Aperol Spritz. Thank you so much for looking after us so well.

The name of the hotel, "La Chicca", means in Italian something precious, and it is fully deserved. it is a boutique hotel with excelent accomodations and service. The staff is really kind and takes excellent care of the customers , in my case making a reservations not related to my stay. But the real surprise is the hotel restaurant. Their Sicily cuisine is outstanding and the prices are really honest. I can recommend the "Apericena", a mix of a wide variety of food that is more than satisfactory (the only problem is eating everything). The wine list is also very impressive. Having exxtensively searched fr accomodations, I am covinced that this is the top choice in Milazzo

An outstanding boutique hotel with vey nice staff and a surprising good restaurant. We stopped in Milazzo on our way to the Eolian island. The hotel is two steps from the ferry port. This would be by itself a good reason to choose it. But there is much more: the hotel is charming and full of attention to the customers. Worth visiting on its own merit. And the restauaran is fantastic. In particular, their "Apericena" offers for a really moderate price a huge variety of sicilian food, enough for twice the people. Specifically, their steak tartare is one of the best we ever had. And he wine list is just remarkable: I pity you i your are a non-drinking person...

Tutto il soggiorno è trascorso bene e le parti eccellenti sono state la gentilezza e calore delle persone che lavorano lì, sia come ristorante che come portineria.
