Nice location, not worth the physical strain
Pros:

The location on the N Thompson River was delightful

Cons:

Stairs, stairs stairs. I am 75, my husband 80. I had requested ground floor as the information provided did not indicate an elevator. We had a 3rd floor room, halfway between 2 sets of stairs. So… very difficult.
Also the bed was about as firm as plywood.

Had everything we would want for facilities and was convenient, functional and clean.

Pros:

It was a recently renovated room.

Cons:

Outside needs a good face-lift. Breakfast was mediocre at best.could of had things like yogurt,waffles and better toasters(the wait for toast was long)

Good value for a 2 night stopover in Kamloops
Pros:

Nice room with balcony overlooking river. Well equipped and comfortable. Very clean and well presented. Met our needs for a 2 night stopover in Kamloops.

Cons:

Was a good place and would book again. Streaming services on tv would have been a nice addition, and quite a lot of road noise on balcony, although didn't notice this in room.
