Overall very nice hotel away from city center
Pros:

Breakfast was great with lots of options! They have a great coffee/cappuccino machine.

Cons:

The AC kept needing attention (it kept going out so we would have to contact maintenance). A false fire alarm went off at 630am causing us to evacuate and the staff didn't know how to turn the alarm off so we had to wait outside in the cold for over an hour for the technician to arrive.

Ottima colazione, camera singola spaziosa e arredata in maniera funzionale con piccolo balcone. Un buon hotel business molto vicino alla fiera e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Personale delle pulizie molto attento.

Cons:

Avevo richiesto espressamente una camera ai piani alti e lontana dagli ascensori, ma la mia richiesta non è stata soddisfatta. Pur comprendendo che l'hotel fosse al completo per via di una fiera, il soggiorno è stato penalizzato dalla scarsa insonorizzazione: si sentiva qualsiasi rumore proveniente dal corridoio e il forte ronzio dell'aria condizionata, che sono stato costretto a spegnere ogni notte. Letto molto duro e cuscini troppo morbidi e identici, avrei gradito un menù dei cuscini più vario. Notevolmente sproporzionati i prezzi del minibar. Considerando un soggiorno di 4 giorni, l'unica cortesia di benvenuto è stata una singola lattina d'acqua, un quantitativo insufficiente dato che l'acqua del rubinetto non è gradevole. Inoltre, sebbene sia presente un distributore d'acqua nella sala colazioni, risulta inaccessibile in qualsiasi altro momento della giornata.

Pros:

Praticamente tutto. Siamo stati accolti da uno staff disponibile e simpatico. Struttura accogliente e colazione ottima, e con tanta scelta dal salato al dolce. C'è all'interno anche un ristorante dove ne abbiamo approfittato per cenarci e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

Il parcheggio. Se pago il giornaliero mi aspetto che valga 24 ore. Invece se esco 2 ore e rientro pago 2 giorni ahimè (il secondo leggermente scontato!). Sono anni che veniamo e forse gli altri anni eravamo riusciti a parcheggiare l’auto qualche ora nel parcheggio gratuito che ora non è più utilizzabile quindi non ricordavamo i quasi 30 euro di parcheggio per 1 notte.

Il bagnoschiuma presente in doccia. É un odore molto forte e maschile, è lo stesso in tutti gli Unahotels e per fortuna ormai che lo so porto dietro il mio, ma non capisco perché non si possa metterne uno più neutro.
