Comfortable Stay Close To The Centre
Pros:

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentive hotel staff. The attached restaurant with its local diishes was a real bonus

Cons:

The bar meals were overpriced and we were disappointed that there was no tea or coffee making facilities.

Comodo e moderno ma attenzione ai particolari

Le stanze sono moderne e comode, la posizione abbastanza comoda, i bagni spaziosi e funzionali.

Cons:

La tenda della stanza, nonostante i nostri tentativi di bloccare la luce, lasciava scoperte ampie porzioni del finestrone. Il piumino sul letto aveva una grande macchia gialla e il lenzuola un'impronta di scarpe. Il check in è stato troppo lento, con due impiegati che battibeccavano davanti a noi e uno dei due che stava pensando sia alla nostra pratica che a quella di un altro cliente nonostante ci fossero altri due clienti. Anche l'attesa al bar dell'hotel per fare colazione è stata lunga, sia per essere serviti sia poi per poter saldare il conto.
Lasciando la stanza ho dimenticato il caricabatterie nella stanza, e purtroppo mi sono accorto della cosa quando ormai di sera ero in stazione per prendere il treno per Roma. Se dall'hotel mi avessero avvisato di aver ritrovato il caricabatterie durante le pulizie della stanza avrei tranquillamente fatto in tempo a tornare per recuperarlo prima di ripartire.

Confortevole rilassante
Pros:

La colazione è a buffet di tipo business molto ricca, intuitiva, accogliente e facile da prendere. Prodotti Eccellenti con specialità del territorio.
Non ho provato pranzo/cena, ma usufruito del bar molto professionale con prodotti di qualità

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante il weekend e nel complesso mi sono trovata bene. La struttura è pulita, ordinata e accogliente, e il personale si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile.

Tuttavia, segnalo un aspetto negativo che ritengo importante. Durante la notte di sabato, quattro auto sono state vandalizzate nel parcheggio dell’hotel (non custodito). Informandoci successivamente, abbiamo scoperto che episodi simili erano già accaduti in passato.

Comprendo che non sia una situazione facile da gestire né qualcosa che una struttura desideri evidenziare, ma proprio perché non si tratta di un caso isolato, sarebbe stato corretto informare preventivamente gli ospiti o fornire indicazioni utili per evitare possibili problemi.

Ritengo che una maggiore trasparenza e attenzione verso la sicurezza dei clienti sia fondamentale, anche solo suggerendo alternative più sicure per il parcheggio.

Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, ma questo episodio ha inciso sulla tranquillità del soggiorno.
