The room . The heat in the room felt like a sauna. No one was able to turn it off. Despite our requests, the room was not replaced with a proper room.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt und der Service sehr gut!
Vom Fluglärm war nichts zu hören.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig!
Im Abendmenü das Wiener Schnitzel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Die Dusche war nicht sauber geputzt.
Die Ecken sollten vielleicht auch mal geputzt werden.

Pros:

Gostei de tudo,o quarto familiar era incrível e confortável, ,o staff foi muito simpático, chegámos às 22h00 e conseguimos ter um bom jantar na mesma e o transfer foi super fácil de comunicar e em 5minutos alguém estava no terminal para nos ir buscar e podemos logo reservar também o transfer de retorno, sem pagamentos adicionais. Pequeno almoço também agradável,

A szálláshely tiszta, jól felszerelt,mindenki szolgálatkész, kedves.
Pros:

Gyorsan reagáltak a foglalást követően kb 15 perc alatt már a szállodában is voltunk a transzfer szolgáltatásuk segítségével, egy váratlan járat késést követően.

A Wifi akadozott.

とてもきれいで、気配りもされていると感じました。

Cons:

空港に着いて、メッセージをしても中々返事が来なかった。指定の場所から電話してくださいとのことでしたが、eSIMの契約が電話ができず、公衆電話から電話したが、電話のシステムの英語変換ができずに困りました。近くにいました空港の方のスマホからホテルにかけて頂きました。
スムーズに、英語変換できるようによろしくお願いいたします。または、到着便後、メッセージを見ていただいたらことがわかりましたら、お返事すぐいただけるようなシステムになっていましたら、安心です。
それ以外は、パーフェクトでした！

Hotel blindly uses AI for staff replacements without backend support. No real person assisted to follow up when 50 minut
Pros:

Convenient, clean with good pillows to sleep!

Cons:

Waiting 50 minutes for a 5-7 minutes shuttle bus from airport to hotel. The one who WhatsApp me was an AI machine, not reliable, no emotion dead answers! More importantly unable to follow up with driver to see where the problem lied.
