Staff was great, Trolley access was great.
Pros:

Not worth the $15.95 per person. The food was
Luke warm, such as the eggs and bacon, the waffles were tough. Very disappointing. I only ate oatmeal and bacon.

Would not recommend. Find somewhere to stay.

Bed was super comfortable

Cons:

Service at the counter was poor, no-one there a lot of the time and if they were, they was unfriendly, shower was slippery and slipped over, keys didn't work for the room multiple times and one day there was no hot water in the shower. I asked for assistance with the bill and they did not really do anything for it.

Great stay
Pros:

Stayed for World Cup soccer and Rangers game. Cory with Best Majestic Transportation gave us a great deal on getting us to the stadium. He was very polite and professional and I highly recommend! Pamela and all the staff at the hotel were great!!

Pros:

I was disappointed with the service and the rooms. Carpet has a bad smell. We believed breakfast was included and when we asked about it at check in they didn’t tell us it was not included until after we had breakfast. We were not even made aware at the”restaurant “- doesn’t even look like a restaurant. I’m reading all the reviews next time since apparently there are more people with the same experience.

Cons:

Very old room furniture. Loose screws everywhere on windows and doors. Entrance room door kept slamming very hard, hazardous with children. Dangerous health risk to children and adults with hand/foot trapping. Carpets very old.
No hot water in bathroom shower. But was fixed quickly after complaining to house keeping.
Pool water not clean. Dead insects and roaches 🪳 in outdoor pool.
Breakfast menu limited. No nearby restaurants in walking distance.
Overall, hotel needs urgent need of renovation.
Definitely not 4*, at best 3 star.
