Nice but too much walking to get to room.

We were way in the back and had to carry our luggage all the way across the whole hotel to get to our room the farthest away from an entrance door.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Cory with BMT transportation service was great helping my family get around. His pick ups and drop offs were convenient and punctual. Friendly. Clean car.

Pros:

Very nice people and property.

Cons:

Wouldn’t refund me for a horrible dinner that they admitted to. Staff was great but the steak was a joke and they said that was the 8th time they were told so that day.
