It could be better
Pros:

Nice staff, the rooms are cleaned every day and it has elevator.

Cons:

The walls seem to be made of cardboard — you can hear every noise from the neighboring rooms. Keep in mind the neighborhood is far from the Marina (we paid $20 for a taxi) and it's a noisy, dirty area (even though they guaranteed us it was safe). The pillows need to be replaced, and the bathroom pipes make noise all night. The towels are slightly stained; even if they're clean, they give a bad impression. If you're tall, be aware the beds are like narrow, small bunk beds.
