Pros:

Ruime kamer met groot en goed bed.Weinig omgevingsgeluid, niet echt gehorig. Kwartier rijden van het vliegveld, 20 minuten naar centrum Quebec.
Het hotel heeft geen bar en restaurant, wel automaat met gratis koffie en thee en ijsblokjesmachine bij de receptie Koelkast op de kamer. Ruime en gratis parkeerplaatsen.
Tim Hortons ligt naast het hotel, daar kan je ontbijten.

Cons:

Bij een langer verblijf wordt de kamer niet schoongemaakt, het bed niet verschoond. Schone handdoeken moet je zelf halen bij de receptie maar dat kan wel op elk moment.
Bij onze kamer was het scharnier om het raam open/dicht te draaien kapot, en hadden de wastafel en bad geen stop.

emplacement idéal pour nous

Cons:

1-manque de prise de courant pour tous les appareils qu'on doit connecté.
2- Lorsqu'on est 4 personnes, pourquoi n'avons nous jamais 4 serviettes et 4 débarbouillettes

Nous avons apprécié la tranquilité lors de notre séjour.
Pros:

Nous avons été reçu de façon chaleureuse par le personnel.
La proximité des restaurants nous permettait de déjeuner et souper avec un retour très approximatif.

Cons:

J'ai dû doubler mes antihistaminiques lors de mon séjour. Le rack à serviettes et débarbouillettes étaient quasi arraché du mur.

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable

Cons:

Problème de toilette bouché dès le premier jour, sont intervenus une première fois, lorsque nous sommes rentrés cela ne fonctionnait pas , nous avons dû réitérer notre demande , ils sont venus le jour suivant et nous ont laissé des toilettes non nettoyés avec des tapis de sol souillés et non changés!!!!

En tassant la lampe de chevet on a trouvé un joint derrière la lampe
