The room was nice.
The bathroom is in need of renovation. The placement of the ironing board right next to the toilet is absolutely disgusting. Just thinking about all the tiny droplets of urine or even explosive diarrhea that could end up on it every time someone flushes the toilet makes my skin crawl. It’s extremely unhygienic!
Hôtel simple, décor sympa, literie parfaite .
Il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité. Le parking est compris dans la réservation. La literie est très confortable. Le jeune homme aux cheveux colorés est très professionnel et agréable.
La salle de bain était sale. Après avoir demandé un service de chambre et avoir communiqué directement avec une femme de ménage à mon étage, le ménage n’a pas été fait. Seules les poubelles ont été vidées. La télé affiche des applications telles que Netflix et YouTube, mais celles-ci ne sont pas disponibles en réalité. Pour finir, la superviseure Martine est désagréable et manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Elle passe son temps au téléphone tenant des conversations personnelles qui n’ont rien à voir avec le travail et ignore les clients au comptoir. Nous étions 4 à attendre pendant plus de 10 minutes qu’elle termine une conversation téléphonique à propos de ses animaux de compagnie. Puis quand l’un de nous l’a finalement interpellée, elle a prétendu gérer une affaire pour une cliente.
