Dirtiest hotel and customer experience
Cons:

One of the two beds had not been cleaned. The sheets were used, stained, and with food crumbs. When I went downstairs to have the situation addressed so my kids would have a clean bed, no one was there. Also I emailed management after our stay and nothing was offered to us to offset the major inconvenience that it was yto have online one bed for 4 instead of 2 beds. No free shuttle to airport.
