Pros:

The staff was excellent! Guided us to a great place to eat. Very accommodating and welcoming after a long week of traveling with many hiccups along the way.

Decent stay at decent rate
Pros:

The hotel was clean and tidy which is important for an older hotel that is under renovations. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and bed was comfortable unlike some top-notched hotels in my experience the mattress was worn down on one side obvious the side in which most guest slept.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was somewhat disappointing as it lacked variety of hot food. Only had eggs, sausage and waffle maker. Most hotels do have grits or oatmeal as another hot option.

Frustrating late-night check-in delay, otherwise ok
Pros:

Conveniently located, close to the airport as well as the venue when my guest performed.

Cons:

The room was booked for my guest, who was invited by my committee to perform at local auditorium. He arrived at around 10 PM to check in. At the time of check-in, the receptionist requested a deposit. However, when my guest and the person accompanying him offered to pay using their credit cards, the receptionist refused to accept their payment and insisted that I come to the hotel in person to pay the deposit as i did the initial booking. As a result, my guest was left waiting outside the hotel until I arrived.

I was left wondering what would have happened if I had not been available to come to the hotel. Had the deposit requirement been clearly communicated during the booking process, I would have gladly paid it in advance.

This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for both my guest and me, especially considering the late hour.

I hope the hotel will review and simplify its check-in procedures and clearly communicate any deposit requirements in advance, so future guests can enjoy a smoother and more convenient check-in experience.

Camere ampie, Staff sempre cordiale e disponibile, colazione piu' che sufficente. Camere insonorizzate in modo buono. Vicino e comodo a aeroporto e principali strade

Pulizia non sufficente dei pavimenti...bagno ok ( per fortuna) , letti e lenzuola OK. Pavimento meglio soprassedere...portarsi le ciabatte.....
