Hotel posto in posiszione strategica sia per visitare la città che la fiera. Camere confortevoli.

Posizione strategica sia per visitare il centro storico che per visitare la fiera.
La caffetteria a colazione, servita al tavolo: un vero privilegio, notando che molte strutture invece offrono le bevande attraverso le macchinette!!!

Cons:

La colazione era buona, ma cera pochissimo assortimento dei dolci. La sezione dei dolci è limitata solo ai cornetti: non ci sono torte, non ci sono ciambelloni, nulla!! Anche la frutta è pochissima: assente la macedonia o frutta gia tagliata. I succhi sono quelli industriali. Il settore salato è migliore con un assortimento adeguato.Un peccato per un hotel 4 stelle.
Avendo soggiornato alcune volte in questo hotel, è successo che il buffet rimane sfornito e bisogna chiedere alle cameriere di rifornire l'assortimento.

Una multa per un barboncino....
Pros:

Tutto, se non fosse che....

Cons:

Ci hanno fatto pagare 20€ a mo' di multa per aver portato un cagnolino (un barboncino piccolissimo, educato, che non abbaia e che non sporca)

Piacevole, tornerei senza problemi e penso sia una bella struttura a Parma
Pros:

Pulizia meticolosa e superba, personale a modo e disponibile . La colazione è ben fornita e il bar preparato con molte alternative sia senza lattosio che vegetali.

I cuscini sono troppo morbidi e fanno mal di testa. Le camere sono insonorizzate ma comunque si sentono i rumori da fuori

Camera e pulizia ok!

Cons:

Alle 9.20 al buffet della colazione mancava completamente la parte dolce e dopo diverso tempo , hanno riportato 9 brioches x molti più clienti che attendevano .. in un 4 stelle non è accettabile..
