Habitación espantosa
Pros:

Ubicación y la recepción estuvo bien

Cons:

Una habitación con vistas a una estación de tren, una habitación que solo se escuchaban trenes que no te dejaban dormir de hecho pude escuchar el ruido de cuando se cierran las puertas del tren, el servicio de limpieza a las 8 de la mañana haciendo ruidos que no te dejaban ni dormir y sin tener problemas de sueño… horrorosa la experiencia la verdad

Hotel cómodo pero alejado del centro
Pros:

La habitación muy limpia y amplía. Las vistas al exterior buenas y mucha claridad.

Cons:

Soy una persona con discapacidad auditiva y no pude poner la TV con subtítulos, porque lo tenían bloqueado,lo avisé en recepción y me dieron otro mando para probar pero no me lo solucionaron. He ido a varios hoteles y nunca me había pasado eso. Es muy importante para una persona con discapacidad auditiva poder poner los subtítulos en una TV. Sugiero que el hotel se actualice con éste tema.
Y para mí las almohadas no eran cómodas, las noté duras para mí gusto,el colchón si era cómodo.

La ubicación no es la mejor si visitas Zaragoza, pero ideal si estás en transito. Aún así, es una zona tranquila y agradable.

Stuff was very friendly and helpful! The room was great and clean; no kettle in the room, but reception gave one when we asked for it. It’s located right at the train station - might be not ideal for longer stays since you’re a bit far from the city center, but it’s absolutely perfect for a short stays and if you have a train next day.

Amabilidad del personal. Pedimos cambio de habitación por la cantidad de ruido y nos dieron otra.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que dan a la estación son muy ruidosas y sin luz. Si hay posibilidad, muy recomendable pedir habitación que den al exterior de la estación, no al interior.

La habitación daba justo a la estación del ave, desde la cama se oía el tren desde primera hora de la mañana y resultaba un poco molesto. Almohada un poco blanda.

Pros:

O sossego apesar de uma auto estrada á frente do hotel, a cama e o tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Algumas funcionarias pouco simpáticas e nada prestativas, uma outra funcionaria teve a amabilidade de me dar um mapa sem eu pedir com os transportes para o centro incluídos os números dos autocarros mais convenientes.

Cons:

Habitaciones un poco antiguas. Aseos muy mejorables. Duchas con poca cantidad de agua y con variaciones de temperatura considerables. Pasaba de estar hirviendo a helada en cuestión de segundos.
