El personal muy agradable y atento.

Es difícil de encontrar, las camas algo incómodas, no ponen sábanas, sólo funda nórdica y tuvimos que abir la ventana por calor ..

Only one entrance as 2nd access locked , ridiculously long walks to exit the building and the closure of the 2nd access not apparent until you reach it with no explanation of way out

Tre camere per lavoro con amici , all’ interno 7 gradi , l’ aria condizionata non funzionava il personale molto gentilmente ha spiegato che nel passaggio tra inverno e estate può succedere, NESSUNA SOLUZIONE ALTERNATIVA.
Foto belle , ma struttura obsoleta con parti rovinate un po ‘ ovunque .
Capelli per terra in Bagno …..abbastanza rumorosa ( e’ sopra alla stazione) pessima scelta.

Pros:

La habitación era mucho más amplia de lo esperado.
Aunque daba a la estación, no se oía nada de ruido y pudimos dormir perfectamente.
El baño amplio y cómodo, como la habitación.
El desayuno buffet de 10. Variado y muy bueno.
Y el personal de recepción muy amable y resolutivo a las cuestiones que les planteamos.

Very Good breakfast, the hotel is inside Zaragoza main train station.

Cons:

The hotel is far from city attractions and center. When we arrived the room was hot and AC is not working. I called reception they said we do not have AC now. The window does not open fully. No electric kittle in the room, you have to go to reception for hot water.
