Magnífico trato , estancia familiar el personal nos facilito una habitación doble.

Serviceable and basic hotel
Pros:

Look it was super convenient, and checking and check out were fine. Rooms were fine, everything was fine and really basic. Good value but a serviceable hotel not luxurious in any way.

Cons:

El ruido de la habitación, baño no estaba del todo limpio.
Pedí una hamburguesa para cenar y chorreaba mucha agua, las patatas frías y son congeladas. Pasillos híper largos, pocos ascensores

La mejor opción si llegas y te vas en el AVE y sobre todo en horarios tempranos o tardes

La proximidad a la estación del AVE y buena salida de la ciudad

la ubicación es excelente. Dentro de la estación

Cons:

Nos dieron habitaciones lejisimos del ascensor (400 pasos) el hotel es a lo largo y todos estábamos alojados en las últimas habitaciones.
Las instalaciones estan regular (el baño de recepción no funciona, la segunda recepcion esta cerrada, el resultaurante rs regular y la cafeterua del hall estaba cerrada)

On a passé un bon séjour, l’hôtel est confortable et très calme
Pros:

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables
L’accès facile et le parking pour la voiture
Le passage au pied de l’hôtel des bus pour le centre ville

Cons:

L’absence d’une douche
La porte entre la suite parentale et la chambre des enfants se referme toute seule. On a mis un sac pour la bloquer ouverte.

Je souhaite exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant l’accueil qui m’a été réservé lors de mon séjour à l’hôtel.

À mon arrivée à la réception, j’ai été particulièrement choquée par le comportement de certaines agentes d’accueil. Leur attitude m’a semblé irrespectueuse envers les clients, notamment à travers des grimaces et des regards déplacés qui m’ont mise très mal à l’aise.

Je trouve regrettable qu’un établissement situé dans une destination aussi réputée qu’Ourika offre un niveau de service et de professionnalisme aussi décevant. Un accueil courtois et respectueux devrait être une priorité pour tout hôtel.

Habitaciones amplias y muy tranquilo el hotel. No se escucha para nada al menos en mi caso los trenes
