Muy viejo y mal mantenido. Necesita una reforma con urgencia.
Solo funciona una de las recepciones para el check in y nos hizo dar un paseo tremendo para ir a la habitación o para llegar a las habitaciones a partir de las 12 de la noche.

Solictio se me devuelva lo pagado doblemente, por error que notificamos en el hotel ese mismo dia.
Pros:

No me gusto nada, ya que no se ha subsanado el error de que se pago doblemente por una habitación durante DOS noches., consta de que de una reserva NUNCA se hizo uso.

Por error pagamos DOBLEMENTE una habitacion, DOS noches (4 UTILIZACIONES). , cuando solo la utilizo una perosona DOS noches. Mi compañero Jaime V. Zarco Villaverde me reservo una habitación para DOS noches, consulte por telefono con mi nombre Federico Escribano Rubio, resulta que se me hizo una reserva por lo mismo, ES DECIR, a mi compañero SE LE COBRO la reserva que ME habia realizado (dos noche para mi), YO pague lo mio (dos NOCHES), A LA DEFINITIVA, pagamos DOS veces lo mismo. Del error nos dimos cuenta el segundo día cuando llego mi compañero, QUE HABIAMOS PAGADO DOBLEMENTE, por lo mismo.
