Amazing stay.
Pros:

The staff in the the reception was exceedingly welcoming. With special regards to the African guy there, very polite and was patient .Also the driver on the Airport shuttle was nice and went N extra mile to ensure that my bags were in the trolley without me lifting a finger. This is why I choose this hotel all the time. Also the young man responsible for housekeeping deserves a special mention. Thanks.

Cons:

The Asian staff in the reception could do with some professional training on etiquette. Their racial bias is distasteful.

Hotel je strategicky dobře umístěný, dostupnost do metra. Je napůl cesty mezi Marinou a Starou Dubaj
Pros:

Snídaně vynikající, bohatá nabídka, od 7:30-10:30 časově skvělé.
Večeře jsme si připlatily - slabé, těžko něco vybrat, jakoby zbytky od oběda, polévky barevná voda s nějakými kousky zeleniny, studené pokrmy. Zbytečně předražené, cena neodpovídala nabídce.
Úklid výborný, na požádání kdykoliv voda, toaletní papír, výměna osušek.
Servis recepce skvělý, objednávání taxíků, nebo řešení dostupnosti lékárny, žádosti o informace k atrakcím.

Cons:

Večeře - jsou navíc, s doplatkem, pokud jsou takto drahé a nabízí se, měly by být přijatelné.
