Location friendly great breakfast quiet clean

Cons:

Toilets to low beds to high and no handicapped rails in the bathrooms hard to get off the stool and in and out of the shower it was a great place for a fall

Great staff and so helpful.
Pros:

Arrived with my wife on Dec. 1 with an injured ankle which I now know is a broken fibula. The staff was so helpful, even bringing a baggie of ice and some advil to the room. Helped us get the car ready for departure the next morning. We left a small bag in the room and they called within a couple of hours to give us instructions to have it returned. It arrived two days later. Cannot say enough about how thankful I am to have chosen this hotel. Good folks doing all they can to be helpful. Thank you so much.

Great Staff!
Pros:

Shawn and her staff are terrific. They take care of their guests and are very pleasant. I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Overall, it was good and I would stay there again.
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast but looked good.
Clean, safe, comfortable

Cons:

Bathroom sink didn’t drain.
Fire alarm went off at 0630 and didn’t go off for10-15 mins. It was brutal, truthfully. Someone burned the bacon in kitchen.

Pros:

Hotel smelled like mold, mold in bathroom caulking, audibly dripping shower head.

It's the moldy smell that kind of really makes you not want to be there. Makes you feel dirty whether the place is clean or not.

It was clean. Staff was awesome and breakfast was great.

The only issues we had was a desk lamp that came on by itself and one of us couldn't figure out how to activate the shower.
