Pros:

Love the breakfast.It was fantastic a lot of varieties of different things to eat. Location of the plays was a little hard to get through.It was kinda hidden in but overall on it was fantastic. Thanks again for everything.

My parents said the ADA shower was the best over anywhere they've stayed.

Okay stay
Pros:

This is an older hotel. The lobby is pristine. The rooms are a bit older and musty smelling. They were also slightly damp feeling. The room had a Damprid container in the room, so they are aware. One of our rooms was so bad, our party had to move. However, if you’re there one night, the mustiness/dampness isn’t really an issue. The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating,

Awesome vacation
Pros:

My sister and I stayed at the Ponca City location. Such a peaceful friendly location. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The beds made me want to just stay all day. Will definitely come back.

Pros:

The manager on duty was hands down the rudest employee I’ve ever talked with in the service industry. I have well over a 1,000 nights with IHG and I’ve never had an encounter with a IHG employee like I did with the one in Ponca city. It’s a shame they would have someone like that representing their brand. I will never do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to any of my fellow employees or workers who regularly stay in the area. The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review is because the general manager was kind and did make things right in the end.

Excellent stay and amazing people working there.
Pros:

The front desk manager (Kursha) is so helpful and goes above and beyond for the guests. This hotel is very lucky to have such a nice person on the front line. The entire staff are also great and do an awesome job.

Toilets to low beds to high and no handicapped rails in the bathrooms hard to get off the stool and in and out of the shower it was a great place for a fall

Great staff and so helpful.
Pros:

Arrived with my wife on Dec. 1 with an injured ankle which I now know is a broken fibula. The staff was so helpful, even bringing a baggie of ice and some advil to the room. Helped us get the car ready for departure the next morning. We left a small bag in the room and they called within a couple of hours to give us instructions to have it returned. It arrived two days later. Cannot say enough about how thankful I am to have chosen this hotel. Good folks doing all they can to be helpful. Thank you so much.
