Cons:

The house keeping staff whose laundry or supply area was a few doors down from our room were VERY loud both nights at 4:30am. Repeatedly slamming doors and yelling at each other

UNPROFESSIONAL
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was okay overall. The breakfast was decent but had the exact same two options both mornings, and I was placed in the same room stayed in before where the chair in the shower was still broken.

Cons:

During my stay at the holiday Inn, I was disappointed that after requesting confirmation before booking that the handicap shower chair be fixed and operable, I was giving the same room with the same broken chair again. Additionally, although I was granted a late check out, housekeeping was still knocking on the door at 12:00 even though I did not check out until 2:00. This was rude and very unprofessional.
