It was okay but I'm not sure I'll return.
Pros:

There was no breakfast!!!!! Only coffee available.

Most other places that we stay at offer breakfast.

Cons:

Only 1 waste can in room. Ice maker is extremely loud.

We loved it.
Pros:

I love that it is right around the corner from ISU!! I can park and walk over. My youngest daughter lives that their is always different dogs to pet. ( she is 5 I am dreading the day she doesn’t get to meet a dog)

Cons:

My toddler thinks you should have microwave popcorn in the microwave. She can’t have coffee.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our four day trip. I would book with them again.
Pros:

We didn't eat breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There were a few sketchy looking vagrants in the neighborhood so we didn't go for a walk but if it were earlier the area would have been lovely.

Cons:

Can't really say because you can't control the environment outside your business. The homeless folks were a little close for comfort for me.

Very nice old building, updated rooms, very clean.
Pros:

I basically liked everything. The room was large with nice big windows, the hotel is formerly the headquarters of a newspaper, lovely old building. It was everything I expected a more upscale hotel. They do not do breakfast or have a restaurant, but there are multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Pros:

Staff was nice, the rooms are big and we're clean

Cons:

The rooms got way too hot at night. Even when I turned the thermostat down to 65°F and it was like, 20°F out, and it was still too hot in the room.So I hardly slept!

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Good location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

I wish they had kept more elements from whatever the building originally was. The stairwell hinted at a very intriguing past life.
Also, this is an extended stay hotel, so no breakfast. I didn't realize that when I booked. But the Square Donut down the street was a great find for breakfast.
