Very pleasant stay, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

Room was very clean and the property was well maintained. The location was great although you needed to travel a couple miles to get to necessities like drug stores or upscale restaurants, although there is a Cracker Barrel close by. Property was safe and well lit, we felt very safe there at night. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Cons:

Convenient location, clean, and breakfast in the morning.

Everything. Even truck Parking. It was the best experience. The front desk ladies awesome 👌. And the room service excellent. I highly recommend it.

Nice stay, we stay here when we visit family.
Pros:

The property was clean, easily accessible, staff was kind and helpful

Cons:

We were put in a handicap room when we checked in, 2nd day we asked to be moved to a normal room. Staff was very helpful in helping us make the switch.
The shower curtain in the handicap room wasn’t long enough so water went all over the bathroom floor, phone in our room didn’t work

Staff was great. Enjoyed talking with Francis. She was very helpful with all our needs. Glad to have met her and definitely will get back down soon. Enjoyed the swimming pool along with the bar. Thank you

Cons:

Not really anything besides the elevator was a little bumpy when starting off. Don’t have any other things that we didn’t like.

As always very happy and well treated and will continue to stay there when in area!
Pros:

My 3rd or 4th stay and as always very welcoming and considerate to needs! At my last stay I left a piece of jewelry in room and Manager held it for me in safe! It was given to me with a note on it when I checked in this stay! That’s a honest place. Thank you Manager and all the staff.

Cons:

Everything was great nothing not to like!

Pros:

I liked almost everything, my wife found 3 long pieces of hair in the tube, when she went to get in the shower. We are very upset 😡 with that. But what can you do. We don't mind paying, but when you find hair in a supposed to be a clean tub, that makes you upset. I absolutely don't mind paying. But nobody would even take money off.

It started bad but ended good

Cons:

I checked into to a room and my husband helped me. He always helps me wash my hair at home in shower. All was well until I tried to reposition myself and slipped and fell, taken my husband down with me, where I cracked my tailbone and he may have cracked a rib on the side of the tub. After we crawled out and got dressed we we down to the front desk. Cheryl, the front desk clerk was nice enough to move me to room 208, where the tub was handicap efficient with side rails, etc.
I have balance problems and we both are 74 yrs old.
If it wasn't for Cheryl, I would've had to ask for a refund ask there were NO anti-slip straps installed in the bottom of the tub in room 104(where I started).
If theyre built into the tub, they ALL need to be upgraded for safety's sake.

Loved staying and would recommend.
Pros:

Most of the staff was absolutely wonderful! The Hotel was beautiful and clean. The cost was reasonable; the location was directly off an interstate so easily accessible. The landscaping was done well, and the building was very well maintained inside and out.

Cons:

Asked for three bath towels since there were 3 guests in room. Got that once. One maid acted like I had put her out asking for an extra towel. No coffee pot in room (glad I brought my own). Elevator had some weird shakes that may be normal but was a bit scary. Near an interstate so needs a little more sound barrier for when outside in pool or gazeebo but can't hear from inside the building. Breakfast could have been served longer for vacationers that were sleeping in. Need a little 24 hour mart closer to Hotel to access things when needed.
