Location great yet facilities were a 2 out of 10
Pros:

Location and chocolate muffins

Cons:

Needed updated and repairs. TV picture was defective. Bathroom fan was defective. Bathroom sink leaked on top and bottom.

Great Value to rest when traveling on 75!
Pros:

Great Value & location off of 75. Most reasonable place we could find...Excellent Italian Coffee & Wine & Beer available for purchase. Staff was very helpful!

Cons:

The only issue we had was the noise level...we were on the bottom floor, so whomever was above us, walked very heavy (& often) & the TV next door was clearly heard, but with sound machine...managed to have good nights rest.

Friendly staff but extremely unclean and run down rooms.

Cons:

First room when we arrived had a large, wide crack in the tub so bad that you could see underneath it. They changed our room no problem. The second room smelled terrible like someone had left old spoiled food somewhere and it was still in the room. We sprayed room spray and turned air on high, fine. One bed was fine and looked decently clean but the second had dog hair and what looked like possibly black human hair in the ”clean” sheets as well as questionable small stains from I don’t know what. The room did not look clean nor will I want to stay here again. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a great stay new, clean and so we returned. It is extremely run down and unclean and such a change in the 2 years since we had been there we will not return.

Clean in good location
Pet friendly

Cons:

Staff allowed after party to commence in the lobby from 12-2am causing us to get no sleep. Staff acted like there was nothing abnormal about it when I complained in the morning.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and so helpful. The room, bed and bathroom were ok.

Cons:

I found it unusual that there were no electrical outlets at the level you plug in your electrical devices into. Instead there were a few outlets that were about two feet above the floor.
The bed was very low to the floor and the mattress was lumpy.

Pros:

Comfortable & VERY Clean!

Cons:

Barking dog, which I understand they staff can't control, and the noise level hearing through the walls and ceiling, loud walking/stomping from room above and you can hear the traffic on the highway, but I'm a light sleeper!

Great hotel with easy access to food options and main highway for a quick stay
Pros:

Nice hotel with breakfast included and a small lounge and gym. Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff was very nice. We will be staying here again when visiting family. Location was good with plenty of food options in the area and easy access to the main highways.

Cons:

The only thing I would say that isn't a huge deal but a little weird were the mirrors that covered the back wall behind the bed.
