I will never ever stay here again. There was a dying cockroach in the hallway and we couldn’t use the elevator. Our room was on the third floor and we had our luggage and 2 dogs.

I really wish I would’ve read reviews of this hotel before staying here. Do NOT stay here!! My dad and I drove 12 hours down from Michigan to go to Talladega race weekend, and we needed a convenient place to stay off the freeway. I’d had positive experiences at La Quintas before, so booked a couple nights here without even thinking to read reviews.

As everyone has stated in previous comments for months, the elevator wasn’t working. It sounds like it’s been down for months and based on everything else we experienced, the owners probably have no plans to ever fix it.

The room itself was relatively clean, 2 queens. The TV was older and was pretty janky when trying to turn it, come to realize it’s held together at the base by a wire that was rigged up to support it. So we watched TV with it cockeyed. The shower did not have hot water. The best we could get it was lukewarm. The alarm clock was an old CD player with a clock on it, which was a little weird?

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee is TERRIBLE, even by hotel standards. I couldn’t drink it. The juice machine was broken so there was a carton of orange juice from a grocery store, same with the milk. Only a few options for food other than cereal.

Will be sure to check reviews first next time I’m considering La Quintas after this experience!

When we arrived for a night stay the room was not ready. The elevator was broken. The bathroom was filthy. No continental breakfast available around 8:30. Housekeeping came around and knocked on all doors well before the checkout hour. Then when asked if we could have more towels, she said there were no more towels. Which in fact was not the truth as when walking to our car to leave we passed by the laundry room with a tower of clean towels. Unacceptable Accommodations and terrible hospitality. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Everything felt clean, no problem. But my room was missing a remote, and the blankets were super thin and not very comfortable. I'd also recommend bigger coffee cups, but I still enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Check in was 3:00 we got there at 4:30 and our room ws not ready. The elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd floor so we had to walk up all those stairs

Overall decent hotel - just older and needed some repair. Sheets were clean but very old and worn - were so thin in spots that they looked stained and dirty but when you checked it was just worn through in spots. We just requested extra sheets and put them on top of the worn out ones to make sure they were clean. The price compared to other similar hotels seemed fair but with the sheets and updates needed it should have been a little less. Overall okay stay for a one night stop.

Ignoring don't enter sign, Not happy. Breakfast good variety 😉. No. Remote for TV in one room of 2 paid for. Bed near window made horrible noises when ever moved on. Nice personel and clean. Comes with breakfast.

Safe parking, clean room and helpful staff.

The rooms were dirty. As were the bathrooms and tubs. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. So we had to use the stairs (with 2 toddlers) both nights that we stayed. The staff was really nice but thats it.

The front desk staff when i checked in the evening was very friendly, he helped me with something after i checked in, very clean lobby, the room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay and felt safe
There were no tables outside to sit, that was disappointing.

Breakfast was lacking. waffle machine yes, some hot meats, cereals not great, coffee not great

I think everyone was not happy with that the TV didn't work and kept going back and forth to get a remote control and act like they didn't even care on top of that the bathroom was not very clean the sheets was old and worn out and didn't feel clean as well my overall saying to this thing is that I will never stay there again

Room was musty like it had mold/water damage it smelled awful and was very dirty….. staff was nice though

The only complaint was that the bathtub in our room didn't drain properly, and water ran from the bathtub handle when the water was turned on.

Front desk service is great, bathroom needs an upgrade. Plenty of places to get a meal. It is easy to find from the highway

Had issue with the bathroom sink. It was taken care of immediately, but should never have happened in the first place.

Sheets was on backwards and hair was on the sheets the elevator doesn’t works
