Pros:

The hotel was close to highway . Georgie checked us on was very nice.

Cons:

We choose the hotel for Thier hot tub and heated pool the hot tub was not working and the pool was cold.
The elevators at this hotel are very scary they make lots of noises sound very unsafe.

I will not stay again or recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The front desk professional was kind and informative.

Cons:

Upon arrival and entering the lobby the facility had a fowl odor and the immediate entry area was not clean. We were told by the receptionist that the elevators were broken and we could get stuck if we went into them. Our room also had a sour odor, the bathroom was not clean, and the look of the room compared to photos was not the same. FALSE ADVERTISING! After we turned off the lights, the door to our room had light coming in and we noticed large gaps in the frame of the door. We were also woken up by movement in the hallway because there was no sound barrier. You could hear everything.

Worth the stay.
Pros:

The customer service with the location of being able to access direct stores, having options for where to eat as well as entertainment that is close by is helpful. Coupled with the access to the pool and having such great spaces such as the furniture within each room as well as dishes readily available in the room already. I would highly recommend this area and here specifically.

Cons:

Not having a TV with the connection to other apps or HDMI connections is the only thing i can say about this location. so beware.
