The staff who checked us in Wednesday morning, she was excellent very nice and helpful

We were very hot. The two nights we stayed We had the air on, but it was not cool. It showed the room being 78 with the air on.

so not the newest or most updated hilton, but the service makes up for it. attentive staff. clean. safe. full bar and breakfast. walkable restaurants nearby.

We Loved It!
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean. They seemed to be recently renovated. The front desk lady was not friendly, but we had already checked in on the mobile app and were only dealing with her to ask for a luggage cart, which they didn’t have. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely stay again when going through the area.

i booked this hotel because i needed a shuttle to airport. i had a 7:00 flight and they would take me that early. thy said their webb site says it starts at 7:00. when i booked i made sure it said shuttle.
totally not happy. had to pay taxi $50.00 to get to airport at 5:00 in the morning.

Nice overnight stay.
Pros:

Room was good size. Chair and bed were comfortable. Shuttle drivers were very nice.

Cons:

The bed was so high, I had difficulty getting up into it. The food in the bar was pretty bad.

Muy conveniente y comodo si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto DFW
Pros:

Es muy lindo y bien ubicado y cerca de aeropuerto, tienen transporte al aeropuerto, los choferes son super amables. Brittany en la recepción es muy amable y resuelve rapido.

Cons:

Por el precio que cobran, el desayuno debería estar incluido. Reservé por Booking y decía desayuno incluido, a la mera hora no lo incluyeron y tuve que pagarlo.
