The breakfast options weren't very diverse, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel is in a great location.
This was our first family trip since coming to the US, and since accommodation is the most important part of traveling for us, we were incredibly satisfied. We didn't experience any major inconveniences or downsides during our stay. Overall, I would give this place a very high rating. If we visit Dallas again, we will definitely stay here. The staff were all so kind and left a great impression. Thank you all!
We had our flight canceled on American Airlines and had to spend the night. The Hilton Garden in came up in our search close to the airport. We made the reservation online, which was very smooth. We then called to verify the location as there were two locations of the hotel we spoke to the front desk clerk her name was LaTanya. She was very helpful and very friendly and confirmed that we were in fact at RESERVATIONS for that evening we made our way to the hotel. We walked through the lobby. Everything was clean and neat. LaTanya was at the front desk, welcoming and warm, and funny. It made us laugh which we needed to do after such not a horrible experience but what could’ve been an even worse experience she made the evening light we checked into our room very easily. The room was beautiful. It was clean. It was bright, and then we made our way down to have a bite to eat and have a cocktail at the bar we were greeted by the Bartender, Carmen, a lovely lady who was engaged in conversation with two other people at the bar, laughing and friendly and warm when she came to us she continued that same feeling of laughter and warmth and we had a lovely evening at the bar with delicious food and wonderful cocktails. It’s nice to know that customer service still exists and we would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn again.

We left my husband's medicine in the room refrigerator. We called the hotel, they said they would get with housekeeping and call me back the next morning. 2 weeks later I am still waiting to hear from them.

We got in after midnight and were still welcomed right away and checked in fast, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the bottled water for members was a nice bonus.
A few things could be improved. The bathroom had no ventilation, so everything got damp when the shower was on, including the walls and counter. Also, there was no toilet seat lid, which honestly felt a little gross. The air conditioner was pretty loud too.
The hotel itself was nice, with a clean lobby, bar, and outdoor seating areas. The location was a big plus, with two restaurants within walking distance and Main Event right next door. We passed on the $16.95 breakfast, but loved how convenient everything was.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back because of the comfort, service, and great location.

We were very hot. The two nights we stayed We had the air on, but it was not cool. It showed the room being 78 with the air on.
so not the newest or most updated hilton, but the service makes up for it. attentive staff. clean. safe. full bar and breakfast. walkable restaurants nearby.
