Overall, we always choose anything affiliated with Hilton!
Pros:

I liked the comfort of resting, firm mattress and soft pillows. The customer service was super friendly and professional.

Cons:

The walls were very dusty in the room. The sleeper sofa had been worn out and damaged. So to make it comfortable, I just put the firmer cushion on top of the other to raise my seating because it was designed for shorter people.

The frustrating part is a month later I received a cancellation fee for the two rooms I booked for $500 approximately wh

As I have mentioned multiple times, I never stayed at the hotel because when I arrived, I was told they had no rooms

Cons:

Somehow it was overbooked and it wasn’t until we arrived at the property that we were told they did not have the two rooms we reserved and paid for

Pros:

It was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby

Cons:

They were doing construction/painting so we arrived about 7pm. My grandchild was excited about swimming but it was closed. Sign said 10pm but not that night.

Pros:

I liked the location. Only stayed one night, but it was quiet and very easy to check in. The breakfast was good too! Sufficient enough to get back in the road satisfied!! The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Meet all of my expectations
Pros:

The staff always provides excellent service.
Manager on duty at night was a great communicator about my room booking and the employees in the breakfast room are above and beyond excellent.
We have stay at this particular location several times in past years and meet the same employees and Every time they have provided service and a smile which is one of the reasons we like this location.

Room great, customer service a real plus, breakfast, a big disappointment.
Pros:

Room was very nice. Clean, beds comfortable, tv plenty of choices. This was a traveling for the night stop and was terrific. The person behind the desk was cheerful, helpful, a good man. The free bottle of water was a nice touch.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Eggs tasteless, sausage, eh, coffee as disappointing as you can get. The hash browns had peppers in it, which I hate and I blame them for the intestinal discomfort I had latter. I should have had the waffles, they are usually standard. My spouse thought the biscuit and gravy was just ok. Banana was great!
If you had great coffee and just 1 other really great item on the hot table you would have turned my frown into a smile.
