Pros:

I think the entire facility needs updating. Wallpaper peeling off in places just looks outdated. Beds were not as comfy as some Hampton Inn we've stated at before. Coffee was good & I love the bath products.

Cons:

I don't like fake eggs & fake sausage. Coffee was good

Great hotel, great staff. Great options to eat out at restaurants.
Pros:

Great stay. Breakfast was alright. Great grits in the morning if you like grits.
Area has lots of dinning options.
We will be staying there again.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed it. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. It was a short stay.

Cons:

The room needs a few upgrades, the bathroom lighting was very poor, toilet was very low. Need a safe in the room to keep personal items.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

The hotel desk was very accommodating and cordial. The room was very clean and breakfast good! A good choice.

CAUTION: We were traveling and my wife googled the hotel and a website came up and in every regard it looked exactly like we were on a Hampton Website. We called to make reservations, Just to be sure, when a woman answered the phone my wife confirmed it was the Hampton, Roanoke Rapids along I-95. She was clearly told yes, this is the correct hotel. In every respect the woman purported that she a hotel employee. We were told the rate was $170.00 and my wife booked the room. At the end of the call the woman said it would be $263 ! My wife questioned why so much and was told taxes, resort fee etc etc. We booked the room.
Upon check in we learned we had not booked through Hampton, if we did it would have been $150. The night manager said he had the same complaints from other customers.
This was a very deceptive business practice as we never given one indication the website was not Hampton. I wouldn’t have booked had I known.
I am disputing the charge on my credit.

An Excellent Road Trip Choice
Pros:

This is a Hampton Inn that’s a little more classic in its decor. But don’t let that deter you from staying here in this perfectly cozy roadside rest. The rooms are quiet, the breakfast buffet is plentiful and hot apple cider at the lobby was a great bonus. Very good water pressure in the shower and easy to use TV and WiFi is a win. All in all, it was a smart last-minute decision to stop here between DC and Savannah

My family & I had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn. Staff was awesome. We would stay here again
Pros:

The breakfast was good. All the staff I interacted with was very pleasant, friendly and always willing to help. The location was great.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the beds. They were uncomfortable.

Pillow were small and uncomfortable and the water temperature in the shower ran from hot to cold which made for an unpleasant shower.
