Outstanding stay on a very cold night
Pros:

Best price in town for value! I no longer stay at holiday inn due to their excessive price and lack of respect for a person who stays on a regular basis. Only one person that works recognizes my using hotel on regular basic. Your staff was helpful and friendly each and everyone

The room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We arrived nearly two hours after the check-in time, but the lady at the counter unapologetically informed us that our room hadn‘t even started to be cleaned and we should wait. She was also unfriendly and unhelpful in other aspects.
Our room was connected with a thin door to the neighboring room, where there were some apparently high men hysterically laughing and screaming deep into the night, we could hear it as if they were right in our room. A terrible experience.
