Nice facility. Clean room with good shower, comfortable beds and pillows.
It seems that in almost all of the hotels we staying in, the toilets are very low to the floor and this property was no exception. For elderly people or people who struggle to get up from a seated position, higher toilets are recommended.

The location of this hotel is great, and we appreciated the size of the room.
Unfortunately everything else fell short. We spent $360 per night for our room - which seems very high for Moncton - but wouldn't have minded if the amenities made up for it. Unfortunately our shower / bathroom was dirty. Kids were playing in the elevators so every time you tried to use them it took forever (they would press all buttons so it stopped at each floor). The "free" breakfast ran out of coffee, and when there wasn't enough room for everyone to eat they opened up a conference room with incredibly dirty and sticky old tables. For the price they're charging we would expect cleanliness, a delicious warm breakfast, and attentive and helpful staff. You can't charge 5 star prices while offering 2 star service. We messages management about our experience and the response was simply we'll do better next time, but unfortunately we won't be back.
Horrible customer service.
Front desk attendants were rude and very unprofessional. Had issues with credit card, and instead of being helpful the reception gave dirty looks and smirked to their co-staff. We ended up being charged double, a total of $1080 for ONE night. The room itself was nice, in a great location, but I would never stay here again.
