How everything is always clean
The people working at breakfast are always so nice in the morning

Cons:

The only thing I like less is the fact that everytime I go it is always the same woman at the counter that does not speak french at all, I am bilingual for me its fine but it would honnestly be more pleasant if we could choose.

Déception lors de mon dernier séjour...
Pros:

Établissement est bien situé. Bon déjeuner inclus et salle à manger spacieuse. J'avais déjà hébergé à cet établissement et j'avais été satisfait des services offerts.

Cons:

J'ai été déçu de mon séjour à l'établissement. Premièrement, service uniquement en anglais lors de la réception. Ensuite, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer car nous y avons trouvé des croustilles sur le plancher près du sofa et des cheveux dans la salle de bain et sur le matelas. De plus, il fallait faire couler le robinet plus de 2 minutes pour obtenir de l'eau chaude et celle-ci n'était pas confortable pour une douche. Ayant déjà fréquenté cet établissement par le passé, j'ai été déçu lors de ce récent séjour. J'ose croire que c'est un faux pas de l'établissement et que les manquements seront corrigés.
