Disappointed because of the noise.
Pros:

Spacious room, nice staff, decent breakfast, pool hours were good.

Cons:

Had a room by the lobby and it was very loud. Kids running the halls and being loud all evening. Slamming doors talking loud etc. Ruined the experience.

told I would have to pay $40.00 to check in a bit early especially since the hotel was not full the night before, I wanted to check in early as we were doing Xmas shopping and did not want to leave our suit cases and gifts in the car in case of theft this time of year , That did it for me I had even prepaided and to be told $40,00 extra or wait till 3:00 pm ,There was a lot of noise that night in the halls and from other rooms . Called the front desk twice after 10:00 to complain Fineiy got it Quited down at 11:30. I'll not stay there again, also there was no place in the room to lay your bags on but bed or floor and 1 case holder
