Pros:

Location was only good thing.

Cons:

Got in late room was dirty. Pubic hair all in tub & black stuff on one bed. 2nd day room Dianne get cleaned has to go down to guest services to get it cleaned with towels & wash rags 3 day. The hotel was under some construction as well. Not a place I'd ever stay again!!!!!

Pros:

Did not have got water for 6 days and will not discount my stay. The staff was wonderful. Room and hotel was clean. Other than the hot water issue, I would definitely stay here again.

I would stay again but I’d be sure the hot water was working. 😬
Pros:

Location to Lackland Air Force Base. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The property is going through renovations.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hot water system/tank was out of order and we didn’t have hot water the first two days. They worked on it continuously and got it repaired the last two days. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They offered to give us a credit for the unfortunate incident.

Cons:

Broken things in room. Towards end of stay we needed to be moved due to leaking toilet. Next room had broken closet door. Another person in our group checked in to room and found room with multiple stains everywhere questioning if room was even cleaned. They also had to be moved.

Excelente ubicación y céntrico para tiendas restaurantes y lugares turísticos. Instalaciones muy limpias recamaras baño cuenta con frigo bar y micro

Cons:

Hubo un hombre en front desk no muy agradable de trato y el desayuno se repitió el mismo menú los 2 dias de nuestra estancia solo huevo y carne.
