Very disappointing experience — not what I expected from the Taj brand.

The property is seriously affecting the reputation of the Taj brand because of the overall breakfast experience.

• Very limited breakfast options, with mostly cheap/processed food choices.
• A 10–15 minute waiting time just to get breakfast.
• Guests are required to stand in a queue, which is not what one expects from a premium Taj property.
• Considering the price paid for the stay, the overall experience simply does not justify the cost.

Taj is known for hospitality, service and a premium guest experience. Unfortunately, this property falls well short of those expectations.

For me, this hotel was simply not value for money.

Nice hotel in the middle of city.
Pros:

The location was right in the middle of the city, size of the room was appropriate (although I got upgrade of the room), breakfast varities and quality of the food was excellent, staff was very friendly and helping.

Pros:

little gestures of gifting a Mala on check in and a souvenir while check out makes u feel valued and the team was happy to work for customer delight rather than just customer satisfaction. Super recommended .
