everything was wonderful and outstanding stay
The staff was very good and the receptionist, Ahana was very good at everything. She assisted us with everything we needed. She directed us to everything we were unaware. Out of all this everything was outstanding excellent and the presentation of in-room dining was also very elegant...
The strange room of kids being not allowed in gym whereas my daughter goes to gym everyday in our own state. Another strange requirement of swimming suit in pool where I don't see any logic.

Bathroom flush leaking
The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, essential amenities such as the floor mat, hand towels, and bathrobe were not provided initially, and we had to request them separately.
Additionally, our arrival experience was disappointing. The reception staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful, and we ultimately had to involve the manager to resolve our concerns. While the room itself was good, the service experience could be improved significantly.
We also experienced poor service at the pool. When my daughter asked for a towel, the lifeguard simply instructed her to go and collect it herself from another location rather than assisting her. This felt discourteous and did not reflect the level of service we expected.
overall, we enjoyed the stay, we really liked the breakfast, the lobby staff (Jagadish) and the restaurant staff, even Ahana, who assisted in checking out were very polite.
Quality and variety of breakfast.
Room service like non functional TV and availability of certain items in room like towel on very first day.I was allowed early check in on my request and time of check in was informed to me as 7.30 am but room was not ready and I could check in only at 9.40 am but I have been charged 50% on account of early check in.Break fast was complementary but on 18.05.2026 the breakfast was charged and not informed before taking breakfast.
