From the moment I arrived, Sangam made the check-in process very smooth. She was welcoming, helpful, and ensured that I had all the information I needed for a pleasant stay.

From check-in to departure, the service provided by Sangam was outstanding. They were well-organized, efficient, and consistently courteous. Their attention to detail truly enhanced my overall experience.
On the first day , there was an annoying constant sound from AC vent..
Flow of water in the shower was abrupt..
Felt tgat the staff were just smiling for the sake..
No traditional welcome, nothing..
Stayed for the entire month of February on an explore Chennai as well as rest and rejuvenation trip.
The Hotel is centrally located. Close to the malls, top restaurants as well as the Chepauk stadium and beach.
We stayed on the 5th floor. The rooms are modern , luxurious, comfortable and have a lot of storage space.
While all the above is true for most Taj properties the stand out feature here was it's young, energetic, hard working and friendly staff. They just didn't drop the ball even once and made us feel totally at home.
Some of the staff that stood out were Ramendra, Rose and Neha from front office. Manoj Kumar, Rahul, Kartik, Marhudu, Saurabh and Sreedhi from the F& B team at the restaurant.
Angam, the one man army managing the rooftop spa, gym and pool facilities was fantastic.
Pal at the foyer and the biggest shout out to
Chingpi from housekeeping! Yet to see a more motivated, diligent and hardworking housekeeping executive.
A big thanks to all of you!
Not disappointed but three areas of improvement;
1. The bakery section at the breakfast buffet needs to be much better.
2. The egg station can do a lot better
3. Hope the hotel adds club rooms esp for Gold tier plus members who can then avail a better experience.
I would like to commend Ahana and Sangam for their excellent guest handling. They were supportive, organized, and maintained a positive attitude even during busy hours.
It is always a wonderful experience to stay at Taj Club House, the warmth of the hospitality, care and attention are amazing at all levels in the hotel. My compliments to the leadership team under the stewardhip of the General Manager Ranjit Shankar, kudos !
I have stayed in other Taj properties in Chennai like Fisherman cove (beach facing resort, good food but tariff is on higher side), Vivanta (nice hotel in reasonable price, good food) and was expecting same hospitality here in Taj Club House as well. Except great central location and and decent rooms they don't have much to offer. It is disappointing when you get subpar service even after spending a good amount to stay there.
Here are some of the highlight of my 2 nights stay there:
Positives:
1. Central Location, Decent hotel (nothing wow)
2. Rooms were upgraded under perfect staycation package (Thanks!)
3. Cakes were provided to celebrate the occasion.
4. Security was attentive and courteous
Areas of improvement:
1. Lethargic staff, it appears like they are uninterested in what they are doing. No smile, no energy.
2. Food was below average, it is waste to opt dinner buffet dinner in Hotel. It does not justify the cost.
3. Spa is uninviting, the staff there is as dull as others in this property.
5. Very slow service overall. Asked for towels in the room, took more than 1 hour to provided, had to follow up 3 times. Needed disposable cutlery for the cake they provided, no one turned up even after a 45 mins wait. Ordered welcome fruit platter in room as per the pamphlet placed by them, again no one bothered to sent. Got this after a complaint at checkout.
Overall that feeling of Tajness is completely missing here. If location is not a concern then I would rate Vivanta over this property because it offers better services in half the price.

Der Pool, der Fitnessbereich, das Restaurant. Alles einfach spitze.
Das Essen im Restaurant war unglaublich gut. Ich empfehle alles zu probieren. Und ab und zu den Kellern was zusammen setzen lassen. Die haben wirklich guten Geschmack.
Die Reinigungskräfte haben sogar Trinkgelder nicht genommen, außer ich habe ein Zettel hinterlassen, dass es sich um Trinkgeld handelt. Sonst wurde Geld im Zimmer immer auf den Schreibtisch gelegt.
Stay with taj club house was comfortable an exciting.. front desk staff’s are gentle and kind special thanks to Mr Dhaneesh and the ambiance was good overall nice and peaceful stay.
I kept my belongings at room nd checked out security officer yabesh was very helpful to keep it safe and return good officer
Het was fantastisch. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Bediening aan tafel was fenomenabel. Ontbijt was tot 10:30 uur en dat is een hele mooie tijd. Lunch en dinner was ook fantastisch.
One of the best Guest Service I have experienced at any hotel. Shout out to the staff, especially Santhiya Imran,Rihana,Dhaneesh and Jagadeesh.😊
