Worst hotel stay I've had in awhile.
Everything was broken or out of service.
The staff checked me in, handed the room card and failed to mention the elevator was not working ( how can that even be??) they did not bother to tell me where the stairs were or apologize for making me haul my luggage up several flights of stairs.
The outside access door from the side of the building did not work.
The bathroom in the lobby next to the breakfast area was also out of service.
The TV in my room was completely busted. I actually hate that they aren't carpeted, the floors are vinyl plank so it's not comfortable to walk on without shoes.
The breakfast offerings was terrible. No jams or peanut butter for the toast. No yogurts or anything in the fridge except milk for coffee.
The eggs were hard and crusted.
Honestly this was less than a 1 star experience. I thought Best Western was known as a reputable brand for having decent hotels. I won't stay here again.
Tv was not working and breakfast was not was not good at all. Eggs were disgusting and milk was not cold. The only thing I ate was waffle and coffee. You need to add more breakfast items. TV was not working at all. Cannot see local TV.
Airport shuttle took a long time to pick up. The driver was great though.

I was deceived by the good reviews. The room was not clean. The sheets on one of our two queen beds were stained and ripped. The room overall was dingy and smelled like a gym locker room mixed with Fabuloso cleaner. Small cockroach was in our bathroom also. I couldn’t check out fast enough.

Worst night staff experience! The guy working at night was extremely lazy. Coffee cups and lids were always out, breakfast items were not stocked, and the sausage he cooked was burnt and inedible. On top of that, he spent most of his time talking on his cellphone about personal matters on speakerphone—even while “helping” customers—which led to miscommunication between him, the shuttle driver, and us. When we tried to address the issue, he argued with us instead of fixing the problem. Absolutely the worst experience we’ve had at a Best Western.

Very underwhelming. Umcomfy beds and pillows and sink is outside the bathroom. Musky smell when walked in.
I was disappointed that the room smelled like mildew. I spoke with the nighttime attendant and was advised that they did not have any available rooms and if I wanted to change my room i would have to pay a higher cost also for issues as such ,should be addressed directly to Expedia since booking was made through them. After explaining my rights as a guest, the attendant said he would leave a message for his relief because another room wont be available till after 10am. After i return from my program later that night, the day attendant had no knowledge of our conversation. When I return to my room I noticed a roach crawling from under the bed towards the door. A video was recorded and also observed by a customer sitting in the the hall. The video was shown to the attendant .She recommended insect repellent be used. I declined and another room was issued. It was clean and smelled a lot better than the first one.
The room was extremely musty, resulting in horrible sleep. The receptionist said that it couldn't be musty since it was on the third floor and nobody else had reported it. (!) His only offer was to "tell management"
Avoid unless you don't mind high mold toxin levels and smelling like an old basement.
Very nice property that was attentive to all of my needs from the moment I arrived.

Can tell it is an older property in a challenging location but they are trying to do their best to keep it clean and safe. Would stay again.
