Close to the airport, terrible communication
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

Terrible communication, I tried contacting them several times for information and they reply once I was already check out, made no sense… for the shuttle service they provided us a US phone number with NO WhatsApp, we were tourists with no US line! It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel in order to ask them to send the shuttle for us, if it wasn’t for a nice lady in the airport most likely we could never get communicated.

Pros:

Shuttle service, close to Aiport, clean and comfortable bed

Cons:

Both evening and morning staff had a way about them, of not caring, morning staff was outside on a personal call for a long time, whilst I was waiting for help. And evening staff said she could not guarantee I could get a courtesy morning call to wake me up, because she was not doing the night shift (do they not have a diary or system to log this when guests want a,wake up call?) indeed, I did not get a call, fortunately my phone did it's job.

El personal muy amable. Pero deberían de tener en el frente que hable español

Cons:

Lo que me decepcionó fue desayuno. Unos días antes me quedé en el Best western de san Angelo y el desayuno era mucho mejor. Aquí solo tenían omelete y wafles. No tienen variedad de panes ni jugo ni tocino ni mantequilla ni queso crema, ni jalea ni frutas. En eso si estuvo mal

Liked the location, its great for a stop over when flying.

Cons:

Breakfast was all gone by the time we came down, maybe we needed to get up really early. Room felt a little damp.
