Séjour absolument PARFAIT au Novotel Centre Val de Loire 🤍✨

Tout a été au top, mais ce qui rend cet hôtel vraiment exceptionnel, c’est son personnel. Une équipe d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une humanité rares. On se sent accueillis comme des invités privilégiés, pas juste comme des clients.

Mention toute particulière à l’équipe en cuisine (oui, vraiment !), qui a fait preuve d’un dévouement incroyable : ils n’ont pas hésité une seule seconde à nous aider à fouiller… les poubelles 😅 pour retrouver l’appareil dentaire perdu de ma fille. Et ils l’ont fait avec le sourire, sans jugement, avec une bienveillance qui nous a profondément touchés. Franchement, qui ferait ça ?!

Ce genre d’attention va bien au-delà du service attendu, et c’est exactement ce qui fait toute la différence. Un immense MERCI à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse, votre patience et votre implication ❤️

Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux (et un appareil dentaire retrouvé 😄) et une seule envie : revenir !

L’accueil par le personnel et notamment par la responsable du petit déjeuner. Buffet sympa. Produits de toilettes complet et qualitatif avec Rituals. Vraiment bien.

Très bon séjour à renouveler, hôtel avec parking mais aussi facile à venir en transport
