Très sympathique et service rapide au restaurant.

Cons:

Le téléphone ne sert a rien..il ne marche pas. Besoin de prise Usb. Garage : les instructions ne sont pas si simple, le bouton de sortie est caché par une place de stationnement

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était parfait, très diversifié. La chambre, lumineuse, spacieuse et calme avec en prime, la vue sur la Loire.

Cons:

L'alèse utilisée sur le matelas était plutôt inconfortable, ca faisait un peu lit d'hôpital. C'est curieux pour un hotel de ce standing. Par ailleurs, c'est la première fois qu'on nous facture une taxe de séjour, celle ci est toujours compris dans le prix des hotels... surprenant.

L'accueil du jeune homme est extrêmement agréable, il m'a même fait une fleur pour essayer de me faire passer un moment de détente encore + agréable que ce que j'avais demandé

Cons:

C'est juste que la baignoire n'est pas très confortable et trop petite, j'y allais spécialement pour me détendre prendre un bain ... Mais ça été fait quand même. Et le chauffage était difficile à régler

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner très bon

Cons:

Être souriant serait un plus. 2 personnes agréables. Attention à la restauration, une entrée facturée 7€ pour des baigner de calamars trop cuit non fait maison, 3 tomates cerise qui ne doivent pas être de France en cette période et de la sucrine c'est cher payé. Plus simple et local aurait fait l'affaire.

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

L'accueil était parfait et très professionnel. La chambre était bien agencée, la literie était confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, la partie restauration de l'hôtel était très agréable. Le déjeuner était très bon.

Cons:

C'est indépendant de la volonté de l'établissement, mais les manifestants à demeure dans la rue qui chantaient et scandaient des slogans au mégaphone l'après-midi ne permettent pas un repos normal, surtout quand on est en horaire décalé. La signalétique pour la circulation dans le parking mériterait un petit coup de neuf.

A fabulous, very affordable stay with great service and in a good location.
Pros:

Family of 4 staying 3 nights. We were upgraded to a fabulous room (the Ouessant) on the 4th floor. The view over the river, with the city in the background, was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was good too but only had a sheet and blanket. We could have asked for extra covers though!
The room decor looked a little bit tired but honestly the view was so fab and our stay was very affordable so I'd rather have that then sparkling decor and a higher price tag.
Also, it was well-equipped: there were slippers, dressing gowns, a mini-bar, a coffee machine with capsules as well as a kettle with tea and coffee facilities and a water cooler just outside the lift.
The toilettries were the Ritual brand.
The staff were great, so helpful, kind and friendly without being overbearing.
The breakfast was excellent. Varied, copious and good quality with something to suit every palate.
The location was great too...there is a tram stop just outside (public transport is free at the weekends) and the centre is just a short walk across the bridge and past the hospital.
There is paid parking but there are also some free spaces at the front of the hotel.
I loved my stay and would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Cons:

If I had to nit-pick I'd suggest they have toilet brushes and check regularly the conditioner bottle is topped up as I only discovered it virtually empty when I was in the midst of washing my hair.
