La sympathie et le dévouement du personnel qui franchement vu l'état général ont beaucoup de valeur.

Cons:

L'appartement, vétuste avec des équipements défectueux et tous les écoulements bouchés. Impossible de prendre une douche sans y faire une inondation. La moquette était tellement sale qu'on n'osait pas y marcher pieds nus. Nous avons vécu un Cluedo. Bref, le pire appartement qu'on ait loué.

Nous pratiquons cet hôtel depuis des années ,nous apprécions la commodité générale d'accessibilité .Un confort global plus que satisfaisant ,des pièces grandes et confortables en bénéficiant d'un silence absolu .Un parking à disposition moyennant 5€ .Selon les studios choisis un très bel environnement ...montagnes magnifiques .Ah! le marché de Divonne-les Bains le dimanche matin à surtout ne pas manquer ./
Seul bémol une moquette aux étages qui mériterait un grand remplacement ou un traitement approfondi des taches .

Belle situation mais tarif un peu cher pour un faux 4 étoiles !

Personnel aimable et à l'écoute. Les 2 lits de la chambre étaient confortables avec matelas Bultex
Résidence très calme et très bien située.

Cons:

Ameublement vétuste. Un premier appartement avec une douche sans eau. Une TV hors service.
L’hôtesse nous en a attribué un autre.
Le 2ème appartement avec un frigo trop petit (plus petit que le premier). La banquette lit bruyante et inconfortable très vétuste. (ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles !)
Le pommeau de la baignoire fuyait.
La moquette de la résidence est sale.
