Lovely apartment with sea view

for an all inclusive it was good value . the hotel was wheelchair friendly and so was the resort
it was easy to walk with the wheelchair to loc town and visit the restaurant and cafe on the way
the staff in the hotel were very helpful and nice.
the hotel could do with some TLC however although it was a little tired it was clean

The apartment there was a terrible smell of sewage outside no 222 also bathrooms need updating

La struttura ha numerosi servizi come piscine, ristorante, palestra. Il giardino é ben tenuto e l'ambiente dei bungalow é rilassante. I pasti sono cucinati decentemente. Non aspettatevi grandi cose dalla cucina, pero' é meglio di molte strutture che offrono pranzo e cena buffet
WiFi Internet veramente pessimo. Pulizia della zona cucine abbastanza discutibile. Abbiamo visto dei topi aggirarsi tra i bungalows. L'arredo del Bungalow abbastanza spartano. Due letti messi insieme invece di un matrimoniale, due sole asciugamano per farsi la doccia, la tendina della doccia attaccata in modo approssimativo (cadeva spesso), la porta del bagno in vetro che dava sul retro senza nemmeno una tendina o vetri fumé.
Il rapporto prezzo/qualità abbastanza sfavorevole
La posizione dell’albergo era ottima, le camere abbastanza vecchiotte ma tutto sommato carine. Struttura principalmente per un pubblico anziano.
Il cibo assolutamente bocciato, proponevano quasi sempre le stesse cose tante anche riscaldate più volte dalla colazione al pranzo alla cena. L’insalata la sera era quasi sempre appassita, Abbiamo fatto un all inclusive ma siamo spesso usciti a cena e a pranzo facevamo spesa alla lidel. La colazione forse era l’unica abbastanza decente.
La zona dei tavoli devo dire non igienica molto sporca avevano delle tovagliette “sotto piatto” in plastica che in 8 giorni non sono mai state lavate, le alzavano pulivano il tavolo sotto e le riponevano sul tavolo. Quando ti sedevi appiccicavano e vedevi le macchie di cibo sporco del cliente precedente. Le pinze per prendere il cibo durante il pranzo o la cena appiccicavano sempre.. peccato perchè la struttura è molto carina ma devono rivedere l’igiene e la qualità del cibo.

Food repetitive and never hot.M9st activities apart from evening entertainment suspended because Christmas and new year!! As we paid premium rate for new years eve and new years day you would expect a lot more. Gala Nye dinner still same food presented different.If you want to mix totally with English guests this is place to go.
La comida espectacular, fuimos la semana de año nuevo y la cena de fin de año fue excelente. El servicio y el personal un 10, el primer dia llegamos a las 12 de la noche y nos habían preparado una cena para mi y mi pareja para que no nos acostaremos sin comer.
Las habitaciones por dentro estan un poco viejas, aunque hay mucha privacidad y se escucha muy poco a los otros huéspedes, nos hubiese gustado un poco mas actualizado el interior del bungalow
Das Hotel liegt westlich des Hafens, ruhig gelegen und nur durch die Strandpromenade vom Meer getrennt. Ideal für Ruhesuchende. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, wobei der Aufpreis auf AI gering war. Morgen- und Abendessen im Buffet Style mit guter Auswahl im drei Sterne Bereich. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig mit einem Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer. Sat-TV mit verschiedenen internationalen Sendern. Vorwiegend älteres Publikum. Sehr freundliches Personal in Restauration.
Ein geheizter Pool wäre schön gewesen. Hoffentlich war diese Winter Woche in Lanzarote eine Ausnahme, dann bräuchte es auch keinen geheizten Pool 😉

La proximité avec la plage vraiment génial. Rien d'exceptionnel côté buffet mais ça fait le job
La décoration de la chambre et du salon à l'intérieur qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l'extérieur, ça fait un peu maison de retraite. Alors que les bungalows sont très jolies ainsi que la piscine et la résidence en elle-même.
Lovely location right on the sea walk....we had a wonderful view of the sea (with amazing sunsets!), the all inclusive was a great value and we enjoyed the evening entertainment. We would stay there again.
As noted in previous reviews, it is a bit dated. But we enjoyed!
