Bien, mais pourrait faire encore mieux
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement proche de la plage, jardin et piscine bien entretenus, la propreté des espaces. Les femmes de chambre sont super, sympas et efficaces.

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil et du restaurant ne sont pas du tout sympa (ni bonjour, ni sourire)
Les transats de la piscine sont réservés par des serviettes dès 8h du matin, sans etre utilisés, ce qui empêche les autres personnes d'y accéder.

Cons:

Sunbeds were taken very early in the morning even though no one sitting on them. Breakfast ok, but could do with an egg station rather than making do with an egg that was over cooked. Dinner, the choice was limited

Geen muziek bij het zwembad. De begrafenis van mijn oma had meer sfeer. De oude mensen klagen al als je iets te luid praat. In het zwembad mag je ook bijna niks alleen stilletjes zwemmen

Realmente el máximo valor de este establecimiento es su equipo humano. Desde las profesionales de la recepción, Monica y Robert siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo con muy buen talante, hasta su director José Angel Gil y todo el personal de restaurante que con profesionalidad , buen ánimo, actitud positiva y colaboradora nos atendieron durante la estancia , siendo un grupo de 20 personas. Schlechteste Unterkunft am Ort.
Pros:

Die Putzkräfte sind freundlich und effizient.

Cons:

Keine funktionierendes WLAN, das Hotelpersonal entgegnet auf Anfrage, dass es im Foyer funktioniert und daher alles in Ordnung sei.
Das Sofa im reicht für einen Bandscheibenvorfall.

Pros:

We liked the situation on the esplanade although a bit out of the centre. The garden setting was very attractive. One pool was heated which was appreciated ! There was a sitting area in the bungalow as well as a small terrace .It was all- inclusive and the meals were of a reasonably good quality with a large choice. Tai chi and massage were available and appreciated. It seems it may be going to be redeveloped . We hope it doesn't then lose it's rather quirky charm

Cons:

Could do with some refurbishment( but see above). My husband who uses a wheelchair most of the time found he could cope with access but full facilities would be good

for an all inclusive it was good value . the hotel was wheelchair friendly and so was the resort
it was easy to walk with the wheelchair to loc town and visit the restaurant and cafe on the way
the staff in the hotel were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

the hotel could do with some TLC however although it was a little tired it was clean

La struttura ha numerosi servizi come piscine, ristorante, palestra. Il giardino é ben tenuto e l'ambiente dei bungalow é rilassante. I pasti sono cucinati decentemente. Non aspettatevi grandi cose dalla cucina, pero' é meglio di molte strutture che offrono pranzo e cena buffet

WiFi Internet veramente pessimo. Pulizia della zona cucine abbastanza discutibile. Abbiamo visto dei topi aggirarsi tra i bungalows. L'arredo del Bungalow abbastanza spartano. Due letti messi insieme invece di un matrimoniale, due sole asciugamano per farsi la doccia, la tendina della doccia attaccata in modo approssimativo (cadeva spesso), la porta del bagno in vetro che dava sul retro senza nemmeno una tendina o vetri fumé.
Il rapporto prezzo/qualità abbastanza sfavorevole
