Pros:

The best part was Gonzalo. He helped me by informing me about the route of the Camino. Because of him, I found a route that I would not need to take the main road. This helped me so much. He was an angel for me that day

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was great!

Pros:

Very nice quite place. The staff in the morning and afternoon were very welcoming, just one lady in the evening was telling me on the reception why I do not speak Portugeese and that made me very unpleasent. The male and young lady, as the cleaning ladies were exceptional, just look up for the older lady - around 60 she is a bit rasicst and unpleasent if you do not speak Portugese. The breakfast very solid, nice staff, parking place around and very peacful.

Pros:

O João, funcionário da recepção, foi altamente, profissional, simpático e prestável. Faz toda a diferença na nossa estadia. Estava de serviço na recepção na noite de 24 para 25 de Abril.

Experiência que não voltarei a renovar.
Pros:

Da simpatia dos funcionários, do acesso ao carregamento do carro e da localização do Hotel.

Cons:

Do facto de terem instalado pessoas muito barulhentas no quarto ao lado, quando o hotel tinha imensos quartos vagos. Foi uma noite com barulho até ás 2h30, sem poder descansar. E do facto, de não termos água quente assim que chegamos. Tivemos que pedir para ter água quente disponível, sem nenhuma explicação, da parte dos funcionários.

Da localização, das instalações e do atendimento de todos os funcionários… foram muito solícitos e atenciosos.

Cons:

O café da manhã era bem servido, mas devido à baixa demanda, poderia oferecer um café estilo a la carte, a comida viria mais quente e especifica naquilo que o cliente gosta
