Pros:

Qualité des services et du personnel . La restauration est très bien.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant - proximité avec les pistes de l’aéroport - vue direct sur le « STAH » extrêmement bruyant jusqu’à 02: 00.

Very disappointing
Cons:

Moved three times as no AC and then moved to a room with an appalling smell, and no toiletries. We did complain but nothing ever changed. Food was terrible as head chef was on holiday and when he returned on our last day, this improved significantly.

Pros:

La sympathie du personnel qui est souriant et au petit soin. Un merci notamment à Mouad pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils !! Et à Cherif aussi pour le service de navette!!!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ok, die Poolanlage und die Grünanlage waren sehr ansprechend

Cons:

Das Buffet (abends) und das Frühstücksbuffdt waren sehr durchschnittlich.
Der Service und das Personal an der Poolbar waren sehr inkompetent und unfreundlich.
Die Anlage war extrem laut (nachts bis 2 uhr Diskothek (ausser die Zimmer Richtung Pool, die vom Lärm erspart blieben), und Abflugschneise des Flughafens (extremer Lärm bis spät abends, aber auch tagsüber)

الموقع في منطقة المناره النابضه بالحياه أعطئ الفندق ميزه إستثنائيه .

The place was nice, location excellent
Pros:

Kenzi Menara was in a great location. The well kept gardens were beautiful. Friendly staff. Free Madina shuttle was great.

Cons:

The towel policy for the pool, there was hardly any hot vegetarian food, had to keep asking the chef what food is vegetarian. Should be some hot vegetarian food daily not just pasta every day. Airport transfer experience.

Le personnel est très agréable, l’établissement est très propre et la nourriture excellente. La piscine est grande, le bar super efficace !

Nous avions une suite très confortable pour 3 personnes avec beaucoup d espaces

Cons:

Nous étions côté route donc nous attendions le bruit des voitures surtout en début de soirée mais ensuite la nuit c était calme
