Terrible
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Everything. Rude staff, been asked to pay for things we didn’t have to. It’s all about the extra costs. The water in our room. It’s definitely not a five star.

Das Hotel war insgesamt okay, aber leider mit einigen enttäuschenden Punkten.
Pros:

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich ausdrücklich die Mitarbeiterin Fredaws. Sie war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch einige andere Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption waren sehr nett und freundlich, leider habe ich mir ihre Namen nicht gemerkt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für uns nicht besonders. Mein Sohn frühstückt morgens nicht, deshalb habe ich gefragt, ob es möglich wäre, ihm eine kleine Lunchbox mitzugeben, damit er später etwas essen kann. Die Reaktion des Personals darauf fand ich leider sehr unfreundlich und wenig gastfreundlich. Die Aussage „Sowas gibt es bei uns nicht“ kam für mich sehr unhöflich und nicht willkommen heißend rüber – gerade in einem Land wie Marokko hätte ich mehr Herzlichkeit erwartet. Auch am Pool war das Personal leider nicht besonders aufmerksam oder hilfsbereit. Es war sehr windig und die Sonnenschirme sind teilweise umgefallen, was durchaus gefährlich war. Leider wurde nicht schnell reagiert, und das Personal wirkte dabei eher langsam und lustlos.Insgesamt war das Hotel okay, aber beim Service und bei der Gastfreundschaft gibt es meiner Meinung nach noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Excellent hôtel calme et bonne restauration.
Pros:

Excellents buffets avec une bonne touche locale.
Personnel souriant et aimable avec une mention particulière pour Rochdi et Amine au restaurant comme l équipe du bar.
Gentillesse du personnel de chambre pour prendre en compte nos demandes
Ce ´ ´ n était pas mon premier séjour et j espère bien y revenir.

Cons:

Dommage d avoir un peu souffert d une climatisation faible dans la salle à manger.
Pour les buffets des entrées j aurais aimé une information sur le contenu des plats.excellents d ailleurs.

A completely relaxing break.
Pros:

Every single member of staff (& there were lots of them) were so friendly and professional.

Cons:

There is a night club over the road which plays loud music all night from a roof top terrace. You could really hear it in our room but it didn’t keep us awake.

Pros:

Super schöne Zimmer, wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen. Alles sehr gepflegt, gute Lage.

Der Frühstücksraum war recht klein für das grosse Hotel und sehr laut.
