We have stayed in a number of all-inclusive resorts across Europe and Africa. This is by far the best all-inclusive resort we've ever stayed at. The food was exceptional. The staff were really welcoming. I'm also a travel agent, so we'll be recommending this resort to other people.
Whilst we had no issues at all, it would be nice if the resort had a non-alcoholic beer option in the all inclusive.
We had an amazing time at Kenzi Menara. The room was luxurious and bigger than it looked on the booking site. The food was very good at every meal. All the staff were super professional and friendly. We want to thank Mr Sherif in particular who was incredible - he helped us plan days out, booked activities for us, answered any question at all, essentially made the holiday what it was. 100% recommend to others and we hope to be back before too long.

Convenient location outside the medina and close to airport. Pool was amazing. Italian restaurant was ok but uninspired. Friendly staff and excellent concierge - Sherif organised our whole stay and activities brilliantly
Rooms were a bit dark and gloomy and smelled dusty. Bathrooms were in desperate need for an upgrade. All fitments were old and worn.
Buffet for dinner was extremely poor quality for a 5 star hotel. This hotel is more of a 4 star. Breakfast was included but not very inspired.
