The exterior and interior is beautiful. The pool is amazing in size and a great place to hang out, as are the garden areas. The best thing however were the staff who I thought were all fantastic, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only issue I had, which is why I dropped one point for comfort, was that I planned to order room service in my pyjamas one evening but the phone in my room wouldn’t work, which meant a change into clothes and a visit down to reception.

Pros:

La restauration était très bien, il y avait du choix, c’était varié et le personnel au niveau du restaurant était très gentil et serviable.

Cons:

Ma chambre était sale, il y avait encore des traces dans la salle de bain des clients précédents.
Je devais avoir un lit double j’ai eu deux lits simple. Ne surtout pas se fier au nom « palace » c’est très loin d’en être un. Presque 1200e pour 6 nuits en all in on s’attend quand même à un certain standing.

-L’emplacement
-Et le Personnel notamment Ferdouass à la réception très sympathique

Cons:

-L’obscurité dans les couloirs qui ramènent au chambre
-les portes des cabines de douche ne sont pas étanches de l’eau qui déborde
-Le restorant a améliorer n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles

Amazing hotel - highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and grounds, friendly staff, great food options. I was there with my parents and although check-in took longer than expected, it was worth the wait as we were upgraded to a suite - really kind of the reception staff.
The outdoor BBQ and dinners were spectacular!
Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Entertainment was fun, but repetitive (same every evening).

However, there were such wonderful live musicians in the Moroccan restaurant - would have been lovely to hear their music instead of the daily repetitive entertainment, when the outdoor dinners were on. Real shame about this.

Wonderful experience in a clean environment.
Pros:

The pool was the highlight, especially with the view from the room and quick access from the building. Dining options were plenty, although the buffet was generally the busiest area. Housekeeping were regular and quite friendly.

The buffet was good, but repetitive.
