Pros:

Chaima Mouad at the reception desk was a great help in accommodating our needs !

Cons:

Mattress was a bit too hard... the indoor pool a bit too small...

Pros:

Bel hôtel aux vastes chambres très confortables.
Restauration plaisante et variée.
Excellence de la Réception rapide et réactive, particulièrement Kautor et Chainae.

Cons:

La carte des vins et alcools ne comporte pas de prix réduits pour les clients bénéficiant du « tout compris « 
Manque d information sur la composition des plats au Buffet.

Pros:

La piscine, le petit déjeuner, l'amabilité du personnel et la mise à disposition d'une navette pour aller en ville

Cons:

Les plats chauds pourraient être plus variés.
Manque de crochets dans la salle de bain pour les peignoirs et serviettes et l'étanchéité de la porte de douche est à revoir

La restauration, le fait de pouvoir profiter de la piscine intérieure le matin avec les enfants (le créneau pourrait être élargi à la fin d'après-midi), la présence de jeux pour enfants

L'environnement direct de l'hôtel n'est pas très charmante, beaucoup de passages d'avions. Le manque de snacks durant la journée

Magnifique hôtel !
Pros:

Le parc et l'espace piscine est splendide, avec vue sur l'atlas. Le buffet était de bonne qualité. Les animateurs très sympathiques. Nous avons été surclassés dans une très grande suite de 110 mètres carrés. La navette gratuite vers le centre est très appréciable.

Cons:

Dommage que le spa, accès piscine intérieure et hammam soit payant, alors que quasiment tous les hôtels le comprennent dans le prix de la chambre. Il manquait un peu de choix au niveau buffet (plats principaux notamment) mais il était de bonne qualité. La décoration est un peu vieillissante. Oreillers peu confortables et lit d'appoint compliqué pour un ado.

Nous n’avions pas connaissance d’une offre demie pension voir all inclusive !
Mais c’est sans doute une erreur de notre part car nous sommes passés par le site booking

Очень поношенный отель, не соответствует цена/качество. На картинке красиво - в реальности нет. В целом персонал отзывчивый и приятный, но одна девушка на ресепшене была грубая. Трансфер в центр города уезжает раньше расписания и всего 4 рейса в день, приходится брать такси и «торговаться» . В целом грязновато в номерах. Далеко от центра. Очень дорогой мини бар, пиво маленькое 9 евро, ужин без напитков - 40.

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

The outside space was well maintained and the staff were friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. There was a problem with the shower which was fixed on 2nd attempt

Ashtrays inside and smoking inside, I have a lung condition and found it very difficult to sit in the bar area inside due to smoking. I feel smoking should be limited to outside areas. When we booked we weren’t aware smoking indoors was allowed

A wonderful place for families with kids! The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Mouad from Guest Relations went above and beyond to assist us, and Abdullah made us feel very welcome, ensuring our arrival and departure were smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!
