Bathroom tub tile and tub should be replaced.
Pros:

Convenience to I20. Hot breakfast.

Cons:

Room was stuffy and muggy. Moldy smell. Had to spray Lysol and cool it down.

Great stay!
Pros:

I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but they do offer one. Additionally they keep a 24 hour market to buy things you may have forgotten or little snacks. It wasn’t unreasonably priced either. The room was very comfortable and the air was incredibly cold. Everything I needed was there and I didn’t have any issues with contacting staff prior to my visit or while there.

Very comfortable room in a good location, but the common areas need some updating and maintenance.
Pros:

The room was big, clean and very nice. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The room was quiet even though it was on the side of the hotel facing I-25. Excellent breakfast with variety every morning. The hotel has 4 stories, and there was an elevator steps from my room.

Cons:

While the room was great, the rest of the facility is pretty beat. The inside of the elevator looked like it had been through a war. There's a nice little grassy area in the center of the hotel where the pool is, but it's overgrown with weeds and needs to be mowed. The hotel was crowded, and the breakfast room was usually full -- hard to find a seat. And it took forever to get hot water up to the 3rd floor.

FLEAS in the bed!
Pros:

I am unsure why all the reviews say that this hotel is clean with a great breakfast. It must be bots because this was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced.

Our first room had fleas IN THE BED and a roach in the bathroom. The furniture and the walls were dingy and chipped. We moved rooms where there were no bugs, but the room was still dated, old, and dingy. There are huge gaps under the doors to the main hallway, which allows for noise to travel.

The breakfast was nearly non-existent. The coffee was out by 7:30 and there wasn't even anyone eating, so who knows if it was even full to begin with.

Very dissatisfied and won't be back.

It wasn’t bad could have been better, but for a short trip, it was fine.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and very helpful. It was in a safe location. The room smelt musty, and I had to use perfume spray to clear the air.

Cons:

You could tell the room had been remodeled, but there was a section. They did not complete that was hidden behind the desk. The shampoo and conditioners were in small tubes that only one person could use if they didn’t have a lot of hair! I needed two bottles of each.
