5 stars, hotel is very nice and staff went above and beyond for us our whole stay!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at Hotel La Madonnina for three nights during our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and guided us to our room, where a thoughtful bottle of Prosecco was waiting as a gift.
Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive and incredibly helpful with all of our questions and requests. The beach area was stunning, with comfortable daybeds, spotless restrooms, excellent food and drinks, and the most inviting sea for swimming.
Breakfast each morning was a delight, offering a wide variety of traditional Italian items alongside hot à la carte dishes. (Don’t miss the daily cake—it’s always fantastic!)
We also made use of the indoor pools and treated ourselves to massages, both of which were relaxing and beautifully done. Overall, our time at La Madonnina was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Cons:

The only minor drawback during our otherwise wonderful stay was the bathroom setup. The shower was quite small, which made it a little tricky for us as as bigger people. Especially when washing my hair, as I often bumped my arms on the walls and doors. There also wasn’t any counter space for our belongings in the bathroom. That said, this was a very minor inconvenience compared to how fantastic everything else was.

Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, great selection and you can order cooked plates too. The front desk set up a rental car for us which was dropped off at the hotel. We had a beautiful sea view room with private balcony and we had one day warm enough that we could enjoy the outdoor deck area to swim which was gorgeous.

Overall amazing stay and would recommend it to others for their trip to Ischia!
Pros:

The property isn’t near a town, but you can easily get to an area by bus or taxi, there are also very close shops/restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with getting a taxi and they ensured our honeymoon was special with our stay there. Definitely want to visit more in the summer season since we visited mid October and would have loved to be able to utilize the beach access more but that was due to the time of year.

Exceed expectations
Pros:

Fabulous hotel with a luxury style. We were surprised by the private sea front with thermo water. Breakfast is excellent. Would not hesitate coming again.

Class and elegance thru out the property. The beach and grotto is amazing

Perfect location near the second ferry station. A spectacular cliff side villa hotel and friendly staff.
Beachfront access via an elevator and hot springs.
This is the resort where you want to stay longer. So many restaurants and shops with in walking distance.

Cons:

The setting was ideal for a long stay. Love all the personality owners put in to make a great Hotel.

The staff and attention to detail make La Madonnina a diamond on the wonderful island of Ischia.
Pros:

Central but quiet location. Stunning ocean view. Amazing private beach and pool facilities. Room and hotel plan - great. Finish and style of the resort - fantastic.
Spa treatments and staff were wonderful.
Exceptional breakfast, local specialties, generous and variety for all pallets.
Special mention for Francesca who’s breakfast service made our mornings wonderful.

Cons:

Nothing at all to dislike. Exceptionally attentive staff - everyone! Recommend very highly!
