Da localização e da simpatia dos funcionários. O jantar e o pequeno almoço eram aceitáveis.

Cons:

A falta de limpeza era evidente. Os colchões já estão muito usados causando dores lombares e na cervical. A piscina exterior para as crianças não tinha água, por isso não podemos usufruir da mesma. A piscina interior estava com a água muito suja. O espaço exterior demonstra falta de manutenção. O preço era muito alto para as condições que nos proporcionaram. Para manterem as 4 estrelas tem de melhorar em vários aspectos.

La situation

Cons:

La propreté douteuse, le moisi dans la salle de bains, nous avons demandé à être changé ce qui a été fait . Impossible de se rendre à la piscine intérieure pleine d’algues . L’accès au sauna et au hamman est très dégradé. Quand au sauna en lui même tout abîmé et le hammam plein de rouille et de moisissures. Les tapis des couloirs sont sales , nous sommes restés coincé dans l’ascenseur et j’ai été obligé de monter 2 étages à pied alors que je cardiaque . Le personnel n’est guère professionnel, parlant très mal anglais . Quand au petits déjeuners, pas trop de choix et surtout de pas qualité . Les tasses sales, les cuillères mal lavées etc etc . Bref très mauvaise expérience que je ne renouvellerai jamais et que je ne conseillerai à personne.

Nice hotel, great and peacefun location but needs improvement

The hotel restaurant was great. For breakfast they didn't had as many options as other hotels but had everything we needed. The staff was nice and helpful. They also have a very nice lounge area. the landscape surrounding the hotel is beautiful and everything is so peaceful.

Cons:

However, the outside pool seems much bigger in the pictures but was ok. The inside one needs to be updated. The thing that upset us more was that we asked for 2 rooms in the booking but they were very further apart. Also, the couple room one was much smaller than the twin room. the couple room had a small bed and was not confortable. The couple woke up both days with back pain.

L'hôtel propose un cadre vaste et des chambres à la propreté correcte, ce qui est très appréciable. Malheureusement, la déception prédomine du côté des équipements, entre une salle de sport vétuste , une clim extérieure qui coule ou l on peut facilement glisser et un espace piscine extérieure manquant d'entretien, auxquels il n'a pas été possible de profiter pleinement pendant mon séjour .
