Pros:

Convenient and would use again.
Pros:

The welcome and the help in ensuring the room suited the needs of my disabled husband. The guy on reception was sooooo helpful.
The spacious lifts. The amazing disabled bathroom. The helpful breakfast staff.

Cons:

The bed for my husband was too soft and too low. He found it extremely hard to get out of the bed. For me it was perfect.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast - OMG - how hard is it to make soft, scrummy scrambled eggs? These were like pieces of popcorn.

Pros:

It was a great stay, as usual. We always enjoy our visit to Holiday Inn at the sports village. 😀
Pros:

Our room was perfect. No noise from outside. My request for a walk in shower was met. All the staff we encountered were friendly and polite.

The location was perfect for our requirements.


This hotel never fails to impress us and is excellent value for money.

Looking forward to returning very soon.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a let down on this visit. The bacon in particular was inedible.

Really bad hotel
Pros:

Nothing threadbare curtains no tea in room tiny bit of milk and sugar still no tea 20 minutes wait in queue for a cold breakfast not what anyone would expect for 200 pounds a night rubbish won't be back any holiday inn ever.m

A pleasant stay, staff are friendly and helpful, I would stay there again.
Pros:

We specifically needed to be in Leigh for a family function. The hotel was in a good location, parking was free and a bonus. Fairly quiet at night too.

Cons:

There wasn’t much to dislike, it’s a Holiday Inn Express, they are all similar but we did arrive just before a Rugby game was about to start so the bar area was extremely busy. Queueing for drinks. But within an hour the place was empty as everyone had gone to the game. The fans and staff were all friendly.
