Poor
Pros:

Staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Couldn't get a drink when the stadium across the way kicked out as they all pilled in after the game took ages to get served i don't think this is acceptable when I'm a paying guest staying at the hotel.

Also not much hot breakfast available scrambled egg and beans that was it when they did bring out bacon and sausage there was only a few and it went straight away we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

I always stay in Holiday inn this is bar far the worst.

Lovely and clean
Pros:

The cleanliness. Fantastic staff. Lovely breakfast

Cons:

We think the bed must have been an old mattress. Rock solid hard and very uncomfortable. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in different rooms and the beds have always been super comfy. Unfortunately we got little sleep

Great stay for work
Pros:

Stayed for work. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were amazing, internet was great, room had everything you needed and food was delicious

Fantastic
Pros:

Excellent greeting on Reception by Staff Member Raluca - she was extremely pleasant and made sure we had a swift check in - which was very much appreciated after several hours of Driving .

Clean and friendly
Pros:

The room was clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good with enough to choose from.

Cons:

No hot water for shower in the morning and room was a bit cold
