Staff was friendly
The facility is outdated, the hallway looked dingy, and the carpet in the room had stains, and the shower tub had rust stains and mold.
We use this exact hotel every year that we pass through on our way to Michigan. It's nice to have a "home" hotel. The staff are always so great and welcoming! The hotel is always clean, the breakfast is pretty good, and the location is great!
I have no complaints.
extremely nice, not being aware of the geography, we were pleasantly surprised that NOTRE DAME was very near, and we took the time for a POV drive through, first time and probably only time seeing ND...Go Rudy!!!
NOTHING. it was fabulous
The friendly staff at the Mishawaka Hyatt made our stay a pleasure - they helped with out of band food prep, beverages at odd hours, and a late check out - all of which made our stay for a local basketball tournament more comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. We would stay there again.
Kaylee and her Staff are absolutely amazing. The hotel is very clean, comfortsble and breakfast was really good. 5 stars.
When we arrived at the hotel, the power was out on the entire block due to someone crashing into a transformer. To no one's fault I gave a 7 for our stay my husband wasnt able to use n his sleep apnea machine for the power did not come back on until 4:45 am.
Nothing
Mold everywhere. Outdated and dirty
Best hotel breakfast in years!
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency on the last night of a three week road trip where we were camping half the time and staying in hotels the other half. We drove in from a rugged campsite in the Alleghenies, dirty, mosquito-bitten and my partner, Barb, a certified city woman, was in a foul mood. You see, we had stayed at a competitor's hostelry for two days in Cleveland where there were unsavory characters cruising the parking lot all night and the room was less than stellar - the shower was weak, the toilet barely flushed (but it came with a plunger!} and the bed resembled a futon on plywood. Plus, there was no breakfast nor was there a pool. So, Barb had low expectations since I arranged accommodations on this trip and I had failed her once already but the Hyatt...it may have saved our relationship. The room was large, almost a suite, with a sitting area separate from the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable I wish I could drift away into slumber on it every night. The bathroom was spotless and had actual tile, not that cheap plastic tub surrounds found in lesser hotels.
There was a fine Argentinian restaurant a short walk from the lobby and a Whole Foods just across the road.
During our sumptuous breakfast, Barb actually smiled and I knew I had done good by choosing the Hyatt.
