Clean, modern, comfortable and excellent value!
Pros:

Love the Hyatt Place hotels! My hotel experience was typical of the brand: it was clean, modern, in safe area with easy parking. The room set up is great and the bedding very good. This staff was helpful and friendly. Really nice option to have small bar and snack area in lobby. The breakfast staff makes good attempt at serving a variety of food in a clean inviting setting. My only suggestion is to serve fresh fruit rather than frozen (defrosted) if possible and second cook to check for use of salt on eggs (eggs were slightly over-salted!). When I reserved my room on line, I was given a room that met all my specific requests (not too close to elevator, better window view). Thank you Hyatt Place for another good experience at a very reasonable cost!

Needs an overhaul.
Pros:

Tired and dated. Staff was great but the hotel itself is in need of a full remodel.

Furniture is old and beat up, carpet is dirty, the room itself wasn't the cleanest.

Free breakfast is so-so, of the powedered-eggs and frozen sausage patty variety. The staff was working hard to keep it stocked, but it was pretty underwhelming.

friendly staff, comfortable beds, convenient location and amenities
Pros:

everyone was so nice and it was dog friendly and convenient.

Cons:

there were many rowdy kids running around making a lot of noise throughout the night but we didn’t complain about it so not the hotels fault.

Good...but disappointing
Pros:

Great location. Arrived when there was snow on the ground, the hotel only shoveled around the entrance. They needed to shovel the snow down the walkway leading to the front parking lot - it wouldn't have been too much work to do this for your paying customers! Also - no microwave in the rooms....Seriously? Lastly, unless you have your own tv streaming subscription to Chromecast on the tv, you are SOL for watching any tv. I really don't know why Hyatt makes it difficult for their customers to do business with them! Not good.
