Pros:

La proximidad a la playa,el trato del personal...La comida muy variada...En general todo muy bien!

Cons:

El apoderamiento de las amacas desde las 8 de la mañana...no sé debería de consentir...y luego no aparecen hasta el medio día...nosotros lo hicimos porque lo hacían todos(si no,no nos hubiéramos tumbado ningún dia)...y que cobren la bebida del bufet....por lo menos el agua debería de entrar en la comida...

Mitten im Trubel - jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Tolle Lage mitten in der Partyszene, aber dennoch ruhig. Alles sauber, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, wenngleich wenig abwechslungsreich, aber dafür großzügig. Getränke in den Pool serviert, war sehr cool. Vor allem das Rezeptionistenteam war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer könnten ein Makeover vertragen, war aber nicht schlimm. Das Badezimmer wurde beim Duschen leider überschwemmt.

Cons:

Es war nervig, dass die Gäste bereits zeitig in der Früh die Liegen mit Handtüchern besetzt haben und teilweise erst am späten Vormittag gekommen sind.

Non professional personnel behavior and extremely noisy being near by night clubs, open space toilet with no ventilation

Nothing ! Personal and management betrayed me with one day.

Cons:

Very noisy all night, personnel ruth and lying, bathroom open in middle of room, smelling shit, needed to open balcony’s door and main door for fresh air, no proper door for toilet, poor air conditioner, poor tv channels, no tennis and just few WC football games broadcasted, big issues with umbrella beach reservation. There were just few umbrellas available and needed to go early 8:00 o clock to save one.
Management betrayed with reservation, due to flight delay and late arrival.

Einfach perfekt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

Wir haben einen Geburtstag gefeiert und es wurde zum Frühstück der Tisch sehr nett eingerichtet, das hat uns richtig gut gefallen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Top Lage, super sauber und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und sehr gut.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock, daher haben wir den Geruch von der Küche bzw. vom benachbarten Haus sehr stark wahrgenommen. Leider war dieser Geruch sehr streng und absolut ungut. Mussten alle Fenster zu machen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand am Ballermann 6,
Toller Pool, nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer so kann man nach dem Baden im Meer sich direkt wieder zum Pool legen und wird nicht von Helmuts belästigt

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage/Lüftung ist ziemlich schwach und kühlt gerade mal auf ca 24 Grad,
Frühstück geht nur bis 10:30 (wir konnten nicht ohne Frühstück buchen), wie soll man das schaffen wenn man sich die ganze Nacht im Bierkönig und Megapark volllaufen lässt???

Excellent pour 3/4 jours de détente.
Pros:

L’emplacement au bord de la mer au cœur de la vie mais calme . La piscine et le spa.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir dan s’une salle fermée sans accès à l’extérieur ni terrasse .

Gutes Hotel aber ohne Getränke im Preis zu teuer!
Pros:

Lage top, Kann man gut entspannen.

Cons:

Kein Wasserspender beim Fitness, Fitness öffnet erst um 8.00 Uhr morgens, vorher geht nicht. Wasser und Getränke muss man alles extra zahlen und nicht wenig! Man zahlt schon viel für Halbpension, da hätte man erwartet das Getränke, zumindest Wasser und kein Alkohol im Preis sind! Sonst zu teuer. Kenne ich so nicht.
