Pros:

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura nel mese di agosto e io personalmente la raccomando a tutti . Sono stati gentili la struttura è pulitissima il servizio è impeccabile per non parlare della varietà del menù a cena e della colazione davvero abbondante .
Poi usufruendo della Spa e della piscina ci siamo davvero rilassati . Questo posto lo porteremo nel cuore . Grazie per tutto

Es waren sehr schöne Tage im Hotel.

Pros:

Lage zum Strand, Restaurants und Ballermann ist ideal. Es hatte genügend Auswahl beim Frühstück und war gut. Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Schallschutz bei den Türen nicht sehr gut. Stimmen vom Flur waren hörbar.

Davvero una stupenda scoperta
Pros:

È stato tutto perfetto dalla stanza al servizio era a due passi dalla spiaggia e immerso in tutti i locali più belli del lungomare, abbiamo fatto mezza pensione ed il buffet era ricco e cambiava ogni giorno tema, davvero super soprattutto gli addetti al buffet Emanuel e Rosario sono gentilissimi e disponibili si vede la passione che mettono nella professione che svolgono. Tutto lo staff era professionale e preciso.

Cons:

Unica critica per migliorare è che non ci sono appendini in bagno e non sai dove appendere gli asciugamani della doccia e del bidè 😁

Lindo e aconchegante!
Pros:

O ambiente é super aconchegante. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários sempre muito solícitos e simpáticos. Os quartos muito aconchegantes. A comida muito boa, com uma variedade para agradar a todos os paladares. A localização é perfeita. Voltarei, com certeza!

Bardzo pomocny personel.
Urozmaicone śniadania (chociaż na omletach robi się spory zator - ok 30 min oczekiwania na świeżego omleta - ale jest bardzo duży wybór innych smacznych i świeżych pozycji śniadaniowych na super plus prosseco / CAVA do śniadania ☺️). Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone obiadokolacje - minus do kolacji przymus kupienia jakiegokolwiek napoju- nawet wody. Brak jakichkolwiek napoi w ramach pakietu HB do kolacji to na minus.

Cons:

Płatne napoje do kolacji (brak nawet wody do napicia) zakup innych napoi rozumiem, że może być płatny ale woda mogłaby być.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Im ersten Zimmer hatten wir Ungeziefer. Im zweiten Zimmer hat es gestunken. Das dritte Zimmer war bis auf den Teppichboden einigermaßen okay. Wir hätten gerne vor Ort ein Upgrade gebucht, war leider nicht möglich 🙁
Alle Liegen am Pool sind bereits vor dem Frühstück mit Handtüchern reserviert. Ich finde das unmöglich und kann absolut nicht verstehen, dass das Hotelmanagement dagegen nichts unternimmt.

Ein soweit gutes Mittelklassehotel mit Guter Lage. Preis Leistung mittelmässig
Pros:

Zimmer sind schön und funktionell eingerichtet sauber und genügend Badetücher vorhanden

Cons:

Die Stockwerke 2 gegen den Beachclub sind sehr laut ist eine Zumutung für ältere Personen die nach dem Mittagessen ein kleines Schläfen machen wollen. Ist für uns so nicht zumutbar (Frechheit) der Bass ist dermassen laut dass er in alle Zimmer die in der Nähe des Beachclubs sind nicht an Schlaf zu denken ist (Für uns so nicht mehr buchbar). Keine Kommunikation an der Reception (Für über 260 Eur/Nacht ist dieses Zimmer mit Anstoss zum Beach-club zu teuer. Kalte Teller beim Essen, Eier am Frühstück waren kalt, Früchte sind sehr gut.
