Pros:

L’hôtel étais très beau , bien situer , petit déjeuner bien complet au top

Cons:

Le bruit , on entend les chambres voisine , et pas de jus d’orange frais presser dommage pour cette hôtel qui propose quand même du champagne au petit déjeuner ☺️

Einmal und dann nie wieder. Erstmal kein Mallorca.
Pros:

Das Check-Out war das beste am Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Geplant waren 4 Nächte sind nur eine geblieben und haben uns ein neues Hotel gesucht. Stornierung wurde gut gehandhabt.

Cons:

Die Lage an der Partymeile (Ballermann) ist viel zu laut, anstrengend. Man hat keine Sekunde Ruhe. Das Licht auf dem Balkon sollte um 23 Uhr ausgehen ( laut Rezeption), war aber die ganze Nacht an. Bad nicht richtig geputzt. Haare auf dem Bett. Spa nicht sauber bzw. eklig. Baustelle um 7:30 Uhr direkt neben unserem Hotelzimmer ( siehe Anhang). Eigentlich sind wir nicht so pingelig aber für 4 Sterne definitiv enttäuschend.

sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, sehr gute Lage, hervorragendes Frühstüksbuffet, wir haben an einem Abend á la carte im italienischen Restaurant des Hotels gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Valeu a pena conhecer, lugar agradável e descanso, não tinha criança e foi bom a experiência

Gostei muito da localização, hotel lindo e bem limpo, comida muito boa

Cons:

Eu só tenho uma observação, fiz um pedido para uma lembrança de aniversário da minha irmã e não teve, mas me confirmaram que teria!

Pros:

La comida es deliciosísima, ¡me encantó! No sabe a comida de hotel. Felicitaciones a una señora de lentes que está en la barra principal de comida sirviendo tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, ¡es muy linda y amable! Vine en plan de vacaciones con mi pareja y pienso volver a Palma pronto ahora con mi familia (hermanos) y definitivamente reservaré de nuevo con ustedes (: las instalaciones en general nos encantaron.

On the whole, everything.
We had a junior suite with sea view. Would have preferred it if it had been a higher level.
All the staff were excellent; friendly and quick at resolving issues.
Great breakfast with a variety to choose from.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Typowo przygotowany pod gosci z Niemiec- 95% obsady gosci. Szczególnie chciałbym pochwalić jedzenie, śniadania i obiady były naprawdę smaczne, oby tak dalej. Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna, tuż przy plaży, co zdecydowanie ułatwia relaks. Serwis przy basenie również na wysokim poziomie, wszystko sprawnie i miło. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Cons:

Pobyt ogólnie bardzo udany, z pewnością wrócę. Jedynym minusem była obsługa przy obiadach, brak znajomości języka angielskiego utrudniał komunikację, jedynie niemiecki był możliwy do użycia/ dla jasności 98% obsady hotelu to goście z Niemiec. Pokój z balkonem od wschodu z bocznym widokiem na morze miał słońce do godziny 14:00. Poduszki były mało wygodne, wszystkie tej samej twardości, warto wprowadzić wybór twarde/miękkie. Czytałem wcześniej recenzje o hałasie z okolicznych knajp, mnie osobiście to nie przeszkadzało, nie uważam, żeby było głośno, jeśli ktoś chce ciszy, najlepiej wybrać Hotel w głębi wyspy, a nie przy plaży😉
