One word sums it up, YUCK.
Pros:

Nothing. The evening staff was unfriendly to say the least. I was double charged. The room was gross. The curtains were filthy. The tub was rusty, the floor was dirty, I could go on. It was absolutely horrible. The only decent thing about it was the woman on board in the morning when I checked out. I think her name was Julie. She was kind and helpful.

The Nicest Staff
Pros:

I cannot tell you how warm, welcoming and helpful the staff were! The Fairfield was clean. Offered easy access to the Appalachian Trail. A great fitness center for CrossFit workouts. A great breakfast selection of healthy and treat items. We will be back to stay again! Appreciate the staff!

This is a clean, comfortable motel with easy access where we would stay again.
Pros:

TV signal wasn't available, but the staff moved me immediately into a larger unit. Chose this motel because it was a very short distance from UPMC hospital.//////C
