geat place and location
Pros:

location cannot be beat. Reasonable rate. I brought my mobility scooter and had no problem getting around even to the Island. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again. Great view of the island from our balcony.

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The facility was nice and clean with a very cute lobby. Great location.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty blah. Could definitely add more fresh fruits, better cuts of bacon and tastier/bolder coffee. I felt like I was drinking dirty water.

Pros:

Close enough to The Island to walk there.

Cons:

The facility seemed old and outdated for the price. The room did not have a balcony as expected. The room was not very clean. Dust on the furniture and mold on the shower curtain. There were people parking in the very few handicap spa es who did not have handicap placards and no one did anything to correct it.

Pros:

Closeness to The Island and front desk staff was amazing

Cons:

There needed to be a better way to get over to the island like in the back of the parking lot steps our bridge to go over that way instead of having to walk so far and also on the balcony the view is very disrupted by the thick wood panel that goes straight across
