We stay here 3 to 4 times a year . Always a good room. And usually easy booking
Pros:

I always love our stay . Except this time our balcony faced loading of cars 2 floor.
Also when we booked it was 143.00 on Booking.com and when my card was charged it was as 170.00

The cleanliness of the facility. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was filling and had a good variety of food. Liked being able to walk to the island.

I was overall satisfied with the hotel stay.
Pros:

The staff as I checked in were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The kitchen staff in the morning was short with the guests and a bit rude. We also had to purchase a toothbrush because they were out of complimentary ones.

The pools there

Cons:

Lisa the lady that seen at breakfast asked us how we were and how our stay and breakfast was she was the only one out of all the workers there that talk to us and greeted us the person that checked me in was very arrogant did not like that what so ever you need to talk to your staff about customer service and how to talk and treat people
