Lors de la première nuit, nous avons passé une nuit affreuse. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, avoir un matelas avec un effet cuvette, mesuré à environ 8 degrés, est à mon sens inacceptable. Le petit déjeuner était également très décevant

Très bien accueilli par le personnel.
Personnel aux petits soins. Chambre confortable et spacieuse.

Cons:

Attention à la propreté de la salle de bain : présence de traces de joints jaunis dans la douche et autour de la baignoire.
J’ai voulu faire couler un bain pour ma fille et j’ai bien fait de rincer le fond de la baignoire avant de commencer, car l’eau qui s’écoulait était jaunâtre. Cela donne l’impression que la baignoire n’a pas été correctement nettoyée après le précédent séjour.

La gentillesse incroyable de chacun des membres du personnel.
La propreté, le petit dej de qualité avec beaucoup de choix. La proximité avec LDLC Arena Groupama Stadium (6 minutes en voiture).
La déco de l'hôtel est jolie ! Possibilité de se garer au parking sous terrain gratuitement.
