I didn't get the family room in the beginning as I ordered.

The room has not been prepared for all members. We were 4 and it included only 2 towels and no sofa for children.

On our second day the staff didn't clean the room, only after we came in the evening and told them to clean. We were left with no clean towels and bedding until the late evening. The staff who came to clean the room took blanket from children sofa and forgot to return.

The hotel is quite old, and the service is not good as it's supposed to be for 5-star hotel.


Overall, our experience was bad.

Did not like at all. Staff was improperly trained and don’t know how to do their job. They do not care about the customers at all. I had a horrible expirence there.

It was really nice, well done, and clean. The food is superb and you can see why this brand is successful as they work hard to maintain its best in the class standard. Thanks! Just beware of the merchant in the jewellery shop in the lobby. He’s a little sketchy.

Requested taxi at 0600 with credit card acceptance, had to
pay cash. Reminded clerk several time's.

Pros:

I booked on hotels.com, received confirmation code, it said pending in my name statement, but when we got to the hotel, they said they could not find it anywhere, that it was not on any of the sites dating back to even 1 year ago. I travel a lot and have NEVER had this kind of experience in my life!
