The area and bar inside of the hotel

Cons:

There toilet in my room was loose not mounted properly to the floor, the desk on the right side of the room had a cracked/broken leg, the desk on the left side of the room was dirty I was only able to book a wheel chair accessible room online even though there were regular rooms available the overall room quality of this specific aloft has declined. The manager also never called me to follow up

It was decent stay.
Pros:

The WiFi work good. The shower got nice and hot. The bed was a nice size

Cons:

The mattress felt like they haven’t rotated in a long time. Trash was on the hallway.

Quick stay!
Pros:

The customer service was excellent. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean. Hallways smell good.

Cons:

The pillows were super flat lol. The water pressure was low in the shower. the heat never came on despite multiple attempts to get it on.
