Comfortable and convenient to downtown Norfolk.
Pros:

Liked the location - close to restaurants, shopping, and the highway.

Cons:

Need to include more towels. They were provided happily when asked for them.

Pros:

I liked that the property had its own bar. It was very nice and clean.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was how much I paid only one elevator was working. It took forever to get to a room and from a room there were no stairs is what I was told to go up to any of the rooms the stairs just leads to outside. I mean you’re getting all this money for this hotel. I mean it was busy people had to use one elevator I think it’s time to upgrade or make sure all elevators are fixed when you’re having that much traffic coming in and out of a hotel like that.

Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

The room as horrible needed to be renovated, cleanliness wasn’t there. Hair on towels bathroom needed cleaning, staff was not very professional. I won’t be back.

Never again.
Cons:

A/C not working. Only one operating elevator and it was painfully slow. Some cable channels were out and of course the one we wanted to watch. Ancient television with no visible HDMI ports. Way too much money for way too little value.

Room was good. Location was good. Breakfast was a complete disappointment for the cost of the room
Pros:

No go on the breakfast. Poor if I say so. Thank goodness the cracker barrel was only half mile away. No way for a $200 dollar a night room to have this poor breakfast and charge for it. The only good thing was quiet in the room

Cons:

Due to the over crowding from a large group of people you could not enjoy the seating area around the bar. This group of people were rude and overbearing along with their kids pushing and shoving

My daughter and her family left because of the condition of the place. It just wasn't worth the mon.
Pros:

For what we paid, I feel that the breakfast should have been complimentary. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed but the hall had an odor and the space was really small. There is one chair and beach under the television.

Cons:

The smell of the hall the cleniness of the room. We paid $697.00 dollars and it really wasn't worth it.

Location and different activities they have throughout the day.

Cons:

My bed sheets had yellow stains on them. Also my room was facing toward the outside lounging area. I was literally above the lobby where they were having latin night. So it got pretty loud.

It was decent but always check your bed and liens
Pros:

I like that the hotel had other activities for us to do. And the two young ladies I check in with were so nice and helpful. But besides the bed issue the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like how nasty the bed was and we weren’t given any other options or accommodation also it was difficult for us to use our breakfast vouchers. I do with they had a better menu as well.
