Quick stay!
Pros:

The customer service was excellent. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean. Hallways smell good.

Cons:

The pillows were super flat lol. The water pressure was low in the shower. the heat never came on despite multiple attempts to get it on.

Cons:

Front desk staff not mean but not particularly welcoming - very cursory and almost uninterested. Cleanliness wasn’t great. I couldn’t adjust the thermostat so the room was uncomfortable and for some reason the TV was unplugged!

Pros:

The lounge area was decent. Hallways seemed clean

Cons:

Low water pressure, 10-15 minutes before getting hot water, thermostat broken, bathroom door wouldn’t close, tv only had a couple working channels, cock roachs on the outside patio
