Réveillon de noël - une suite à 18° et salle de bains à 16° super !
Ma tante en visite est restée dans la suite avec son manteau pendant 3 heures!
1er téléphone … 2 techniciens viennent ouvrir les vannes de la SDB.
Le reste est toujours glacial !
2eme téléphone 1 technicien vient régler le thermostat !

3eme téléphone plus cinglant en demandent si la clim est bien en marche et là après 3 heures d’attente la clim est allumée !
La personne du room service passe pour les lits, j’en profite pour lui faire remplacer les ampoules de la table de nuit qui sont out !
Ah oui ! il parait que nous sommes dans un 5 étoiles et que les chambres sont inspected !!!!!!!
Nous avons exprimé le lendemain notre lourd mécontentement et vous savez quoi ? le directeur (enfin si on peut dire) n’a même pas pris la peine de nous contacter !
Cet hôtel appartient au groupe DANONE !
Une institution en déliquescence !

Exceptional stay, highly recommended
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Royal Evian was truly wonderful. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was the evening turndown service, where the room is prepared for sleeping — a lovely detail that adds to the comfort of the stay. The view overlooking the parking area was surprisingly charming and peaceful.

The concierge team is outstanding, always helpful and attentive. Room service was excellent, and the food tasted delicious. We also appreciated the variety of pillows available, allowing us to choose what suited us best for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The front desk team was professional, welcoming, and very helpful at all times. The free shuttle service to Evian city center, operating from morning until midnight, is extremely convenient. The chauffeurs were professional, courteous, and drove very safely.

Overall, an exceptional hotel experience with excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
