I liked how clean it was. The staff really seemed to care about the place and I felt welcome and the 12 o’clock checkout time was amazing.

Cons:

I liked everything. There was a nice place for our company to meet up and have a space to learn.

Nice place for a family stay
Pros:

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 5 year old, and a baby) and we enjoyed our weekend away at this hotel. The staff was super hospitable, kind, and welcoming. We came to mostly be in KC (Lego Land, Aquarium) which was about a 20-25 minute drive. We enjoyed two swims in the pool and even though it was a bit small, it was well maintained. Beds were comfy enough. Pull out sofa bed was fine for my 5 year old but uncomfortable for an adult. Breakfast had a waffle station and basic hot/cold breakfast items. We stayed in a studio suite which has a half wall dividing the bed from the sitting area. It worked for us and our baby. We appreciated the kind staff who gave us a slightly early check in.

Cons:

Pool is really small, pullout sofa bed probably uncomfortable for adult

It was mid at best.
Pros:

The property itself was nice and well maintained, and in a good safe location. The staff was nice as well.

Cons:

When we arrived almost an hour after normal check in time our room still wasn’t ready, so we had to stand around for almost 30 minutes while they figured that out. When it was time for bed and we pulled out the sleeper sofa mattress, we realized there were zero extra sheets or pillows for the sofa mattress. Breakfast was not well done at all, the waffle mix was over salted, the breakfast sandwiches were hard as a rock.

Room was smaller than I had reserved but it suggested because it was in a quiet area and I did appreciate that.
