The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were too soft . I booked through hotel. com and the location did not have my reservation. Made the experience stressful if they did not have a room available

Didn't like that they didn't give us a room key and every time we left the room we had to go get a staff member to let us in. Neither tv in the room worked. Nor did the wifi

OK for the price.
Pros:

Great location for this hotel. Just off the interstate, a couple of blocks. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I took away a couple of stars in my rating due to this hotel only having one luggage cart. It was a funky little triangle-shaped thing that was difficult to roll and steer. The front desk said that they had two, but they could never find one of them. They need to trash the one that they have. We will not stay here again.
