Bad experience.
Cons:

Tried to call Booking.com but unable to get anyone to answer. Hotel states Booking.com changed my reservation type. Booked a room specifically with 2 queen beds but showed up to 1 king bed. We only booked this room because it showed the 2 double beds were available on booking.com. Hotel would not change or help in anyway. Asked for an additional pillow and blanket and the hotel said they did not have any. Overall the experience was not good.

Desk chair was broken and could not be adjusted and stayed too close to the floor.

Cons:

The tub was slippery on bottom and if you took a bath the body wash bottle was out of reach. The toilet flush handle did not work properly. It stuck in flushed position. If you did not move it back the toilet would continue to run. Maintenance tried to fix it the first night but was not successful. It was like that for all 4 days.

Very nice
Pros:

I thought the breakfast options were good. My sister is vegan so she was able to find something to eat every day. The BF station was open on time everyday. The location was very near to the places we wanted to go. Good eating options walking distance.

Cons:

The shortage of luggage racks at the time we wanted to check out. We waited but then had to carry them down ourselves because we were running out of time.

I wish we had gotten a quick summary of property amenities at check-in. Realized that there was a heated pool right before we left.
