Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are all empty; sink, shower room, toilet, and bed have hair; the light balls are broken or flushed; there was a used soap in the bathroom; dog in the front desk in the morning….

Beds were comfy but disappointed the pool was down and window shade wouldn’t work

Close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Pool pump was broken so couldn’t use pool or hot tub, first night we couldn’t close the motorized window shade because the batteries were dead in the remote, 1 guy working and he didn’t have any batteries to replace them so we ended up putting the couch cushions up in the window to block out light so we could sleep, the next day a girl working switched out the remote from another room so we could finally close the shades that night

There are a couple other motels at this exit, stay in one of those.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Not one ice machine working in the building. Each staff member had a “different story “ as to why there was no ice. The pool and hot tub were both closed for some non existent ongoing repairs.
