The stay was a 10 out of 10..But,paid parking while being a Guest is a -0-
Pros:

The staff was friendly and courteous..

Cons:

I didn't understand why I had to pay for parking at they facility while being a paid guest...
This part of they was not attactive at all.

Our room looked like someone just left it. Had to ask if it was clean. Housekeeper said they had a new housekeeper and she didn’t know what to do and they were going back and fixing her things. She assured me our room was cleaned.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and great staff.
Pros:

This is conveniently located and quiet. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they accommodated some special requests. Our room was spacious, with plenty of plugs and USB ports and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond any I've seen in recent years, with a wide variety of choices to suit any appetite. My only complaint was the design of the bathroom, which, despite being an accessible room, was not designed well for a wheelchair to get around in. I had to close the door in order to just wash my hands. Overall, a delightful stay and I would return again, should the opportunity arise.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

We stayed here for one night on our way to Dallas. The hotel was great. The check-in was first rate, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We've stayed at several Holiday Inn Express over the years and unfortunately some are a hit or miss. This one was great and we appreciated the professionalism of the staff. Will stay here again when we're in the area.

Shower head
Pros:

The room was clean, and staff were friendly and professional

Cons:

The shower didn't make and sense. The shower head would nit spray down. It woild only spray straight hitting the top of the back wall of the shower. It could not be adjusted.

Tired hotel that says owners don't care
Pros:

The photos of the rooms are not accurate; they make the rooms look much nicer and more modern than they are. We had a queen "suite" which was seeningly a regular room with a couch. Our room had an unpleasant musty smell that did not go away during our stay. It was coming from the A/C unit. There was patching done on bath walls quite visible and shoddy. The room just appeared tired and didn't feel clean other than linens. Outside of hotel: weeds everywhere, pool was on the small side. Staff was friendly at front desk. Would not return or recommend.
