We were headed home to Texas from a casino overnight stay when my 89-year-old mother collapsed at a restaurant. The ambulance took her to Alliance hospital and so we had to book a room. Your staff was so accommodating. The night clerk (I didn't get his name) was so very friendly and helpful. Marvaleen, the day clerk, overheard me talking on the phone to the hospital (the next day) that they would need to keep my 89-year-old mother another night, at least, and she was so sympathetic and immediately checked for availability. Not only were we able to keep our same room and not have to check out but she also got us a better rate. Every staff person we encountered, whether it was the lady that prepared the excellent breakfast to the pool guy, was so friendly and eager to please. We will definitely be using your facilities again.

Location,personal at this hotel
This hotel lists itself as pet friendly in at least two locations on its website (see screen shot photos). It is also listed as pet friendly on TripAdvisor (another screen shot photo). And yet, when you arrive, not only do they announce that they are NOT pet friendly, they actually make you sign an attestation that they have a strict no pet policy. Then you see a woman walking her dog through the lobby in front of the desk! Huh? What the heck? Is this a bait-and-switch? Intentional duplicity? We otherwise have been loyal customers of the Holiday Inn Express brand but have soured after this experience.

Very clean and comfortable…
Location, cleanliness, most of the staff were friendly
Everything was good
One unhappy staff member, everyone else was great. Excellent hot breakfast with cold choices too. Scrambled eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, pancakes, bagels and breads, cereals, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, water, hot water dispenser, cinnamon rolls, fruit. Planning to stay there again.
The one unhappy staff member who obviously did not want to be there. We all have bad days, maybe that was theirs.
The location was great
I had 2 rooms. The lady that checked me in the first time was very nice. However, one of the rooms was not ready. She checked me in (and charged me)for BOTH rooms, but only assigned us to one room. She said they would call when my other room was ready. They didn’t call. I went back to check on it and a guy was now working. He checked me in to one room again, which charged me for that room again. I was double charged for one of my rooms. When I noticed this and called, the lady on the phone said “well that’s not how we do things” Apparently it is because that’s what happened. Then she said the extra charge was a preauthorization, which is not what my bank statement shows. Also, why would I have a preauth charge for one room but not the other if they were charged separately? The guy working 2nd shift (that checked me in for the 2nd time) was VERY RUDE to all of the customers. He seemed annoyed by having to do his job. I had 3 interactions with him and all 3 were the same. The First Lady was very nice, but seems like she may need more training.
Misty made my night she was all smiles. The rooms where clean and spacious. The only thing was i think the pool was outdoors but other than that all tens over here.
